KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The kitchen has tonnes of natural daylight pouring in, opening out onto a lovely, large sunny garden and patio area. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The utility room includes a washing machine.

GARDEN
The garden is accessible from the kitchen and features a patio area to soak up the sun.

LIVING ROOM
On the ground floor you’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a comfortable sofa, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATH / SHOWER ROOM
- The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, sink and toilet.
- On the first floor there is a full family bathroom, with a shower over bath, sink and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds.

A Nursery room contains its own cot. Please be aware we do not provide linen for the cot or nursery room. Please bring your own baby linen.

- Bedroom 1, double size bed, sleeps 2 is on the ground floor and includes wardrobe and bedside tables
- Bedroom 2, King size bed, sleeps 2 is also on the first floor with shelves and bedside tables

Damages Deposit

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.

My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £500 OR you can opt to pay £50 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £500 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.
