We booked this property months in advance because air conditioning was very important to us, and before booking we specifically made sure the apartment was air conditioned. After arriving, we found that the bedrooms were not properly cooled. The living room AC was the only unit that provided noticeable cooling, but it did not reach the bedrooms. The master bedroom AC did not effectively cool the room despite being told it would improve, and the second bedroom had no AC. We spent multiple nights waking up because of the heat and struggled to sleep comfortably throughout our stay. What made the situation worse was that the host entered the property while we were away without asking for our permission beforehand. Finding out that someone had entered the apartment in our absence made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about our privacy for the rest of the trip. Between the lack of sleep, the AC issues, and the privacy concerns, this was not the experience we expected when booking this

Great apartment in a great location close to Sainsbury's, Gail's and public transport. I suggest picking up the key first, dropping the bags off in Miles Street and parking via YourParking at Sainsbury's car park.

My stay was excellent and extremely pleasant. The area is very central and the accommodation has all the necessary amenities. The host showed great willingness to allow us to check in before the set time, which we greatly appreciated. The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The keys are collected at a nearby point, not far from the apartment, which is not a major inconvenience. As a minor detail, the two nearest metro lines are approximately a 5-minute walk away; however, this is offset by the excellent location, as many major attractions are within walking distance and it is even possible to reach Big Ben on foot in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place.

This house is pretty good.It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Victoria Station. I need to remind you that it is best to pick up the key before going to the house.I also found out later that the location of the key and the listing were not in the same direction.

The location of the house was very good. The site was very secure and luxurious. But it was annoying to walk a while to pick up the key. Kitchen utensils and floor were not clean enough. The travel crib smelled bad. Since the weather was cold, we were very cold in the house on the first day. It took 1 day to heat up. It could have been much better if a certain heat was adjusted before arriving. It would be best to have an additional duvet. But overall, we can say that we were satisfied. Other than the things I mentioned above…

We stayed here for 2 nights for the London marathon and we had a great stay. The location was great and the apartment is really nice and spacious. Great place with a nice balcony and loved that it has 2 ensuites. They were very responsive and I would recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at Katherine and her business partner’s Airbnb! We are extremely satisfied with everything. The apartment was beautiful and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The host was extremely attentive, consistently checking in to ensure we were satisfied with our experience. However, the check-in process was a bit inconvenient as it required walking about 15 minutes to collect the key, and the same distance again to return it upon check-out. This was the only drawback in an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, I would recommend this place for its quality and the host’s exceptional communication.

However, you can use JustPark to park at the Holiday Inn hotel across from the apartment building for £36 per 24 hours. This luxury apartment in Lambeth, London, offers easy access to some of the city's most iconic attractions. Well-connected by public transport, it makes commuting and city exploration straightforward and convenient. The apartment is exceptionally clean and features outstanding amenities, beautiful design, and a prime location, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. We had a really lovely stay at the flat! It was in a good location and really easy to find from the stations close by! Everything was very clean and tidy and the communication was great if we had any issues. There was 5 of us staying however and we were unable to figure out how to pull the futon sofa out to become a bed so my friend just slept on the sofa. Which was fine in the end and probably user error! But just something to be aware of. We would absolutely stay here again as the flat was really spacious and super good value for money staying in that area of London. Plenty of shops and good transport links too. We would definitely recommend :)

Katherine's apartment was bigger than what was seen in photos. It was super clean and big for 3 adults and 2 kids. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and water pressure in the shower and bath was good. We ended up walking to the Nine Elms station a lot more than the Vauxhall station as it seemed to be much nearer. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of London. Katherin was extremely helpful and responded rapidly to any questions. The flat was pristine, smart and comfortable and having access to a gym and pool was a nice bonus. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you!!

Wonderful place to stay. So easy to take the tube (subway) to where you need to go. Everything in the apartment is new. Host is easy to reach with questions. Grocery stores close by. Gail's coffee shop is right there for good coffee in the morning. Very clean when we arrived. Building is very quiet. Felt safe there. My adult daughter slept on the couch and she said it was comfortable. The outdoor patio space is a good size. I was surprised by how large it was. If I go back to London I would stay here again. Place looked exactly as described on the pictures, hosts were responsible in answering quickly. Nice area to walk around, some good restaurants and bakery right next to the building which offers breakfast and lunch. We stayed a week in Catherine's wonderful apartment, we were a family of 5 people. We enjoyed the beautiful design of the apartment and its size, the showers are great, the balcony is fun and there is a bakery next door with the best pastries. Although the apartment is not in the center, there are two convenient tube stations nearby and within a few stops you can easily reach anywhere. We used the saunas, pool and gym every day that the building has to offer. Everything feels new and nice. 5 minutes away there is a huge supermarket, a market with food stalls and a really nice bar. Catherine was available before and during our stay for all her needs. I highly recommend the apartment, it made our trip.
