This place is way bigger and more beautiful than it looks in the photos. We loved the quiet neighbourhood and having restaurants within walking distance. Super peaceful, plenty of yard space for our little dog, and the kitchen had all the cutlery and crockery we needed (and more). We really loved our stay.

My family and I were unfortunately only here for 1 night. The accommodation was great - very comfortable, spotlessly clean and generally felt like a home-from-home. Lovely. And very close to everything in Nottingham Road but without losing its sense of being in the beautiful countryside.

We had a great stay in this beautiful home away from home! The dogs had the most awesome little vacation and the place was perfect! There is some building going on in front of the property which was quite loud - so I would double check if this is still happening but other than that - it was lovely and I would definitely love to come back !

Lovely townhouse, clean and well-furnished. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom/dressing room wing is palatial!! The Notties Breakaways team were very responsive and helpful. Nottingham Road and Gowrie Golf Course offer so much for Midlands Meanderers. Five-stars! Thanks!

A really lovely place to stay when visiting the Midlands! Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Only drawback was the 4th bedroom has no wardrobe and as we were attending a wedding and staying over for two nights we all had quite a bit of clothing and the couple sleeping in that room were a little inconvenienced in that regard. Communication with Mbali of Notties Breakaways was fast and efficient! We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay! The home was a little too big for the 2 of us and our Peke Gus, but when u find a decent pet friendly place, you book it! The big plus for us was the inverter which made our stay stress free during load shedding!!! Thank you for a pleasant stay! Highly recommended !

It was the perfect family home getaway, the rooms were well equipped and the bathrooms were neat and tidy. A truly memorable experience with my family as we attended a wedding in the area. The lovely cleaning lady was also ever-ready to assist as well! Loved the minor touches we had like the directiona to get to the house from the Hotel and the flexibility around checking in and out. Highly recommended to any Notties travellers!

Wow, wow, wow. My 18 year old son said it all when he looked around a said, “I want to live here.” Beautiful home, unaffected by loadshedding bec of inverter. Everything you need and I amazing location. Best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at and absolute value for money.

Wow - we honestly wish we could have stayed longer! What a stunning home in the most magical area! With big rooms, each with beautiful views, and a wonderful entertainment area to go with it, we really enjoyed staying here! Linda and Mark were great with their communication and were so accommodating letting us check in earlier. We brought our two dogs along who loved the quaint garden overlooking the meadow. Without a doubt, we would recommend staying here!

2 Rawdons was absolutely breathtaking, exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms were big and so were the bathrooms. The place was kept clean and the pleasant helper was there daily. We were provided with everything that we needed from shower gels and lotions to plenty of wood to light up the fire place. The under floor heating helped us cozy up the rooms on cold nights. The estate is situated near shops, great restaurants and a vet which put us at ease as our fur baby accompanied us. There was also a nice little fenced of garden for him to safely play in. Thank you for the beautiful home away from home.

Our second stay in this lovely property. A beautiful home in the heart of Nottingham Road close to everything you want to see in the Midlands. It is one of those properties that turns out to be much better than what is shown on the photos. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area I won't even bother considering anything else.

This house is deceptively large! We had plenty of space. The location is so convenient for Michaelhouse and Gowrie Village. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet yet central.
