John is a great host. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time with him. The beach on the dune is very easy to reach from the accommodation, as well as restaurants. John prepares breakfast very lovingly. He is very friendly and open-minded, so the conversations at breakfast were always the first highlight of the day. Mille Grazie!

John was extremely friendly and welcoming. We felt very comfortable with him. The breakfast was a dream, it was served with a lot of love and effort and very extensive. Location was not quite as easy to find. And unfortunately the pictures didn't quite match the locations. Breakfast is in the backyard and the apartment itself is in a converted garage. However, with outdoor area and large garden for use. As a result, you hardly notice the nearby road.

John and his wife were very nice. They recommended a very good restaurant about 2 minutes from the accommodation where we had the best pizzas in the neighbourhood.

John and his partner were super helpful and flexible in checking in, the house was clean and tidy. They were very friendly and gave us lots of tips on the area. Good breakfast. I didn't give the maximum rating only because the bathroom is not completely isolated from the room (there is a sliding door of opaque glass that does not isolate from the room) and there was a slight smell of the pipes partially resolved with an air freshener. I recommend it and would gladly come back

Very nice B&B, small and very quiet, despite being located on a thoroughfare. There is private indoor parking, very helpful. Super jams and fresh figs for breakfast.

John and Natalie are two friendly, sunny and helpful people. They met all our requests and it was really nice to talk to them. We really enjoyed staying at their property. The house is a short walk from Sant'Anna Arresi, in a strategic location for visiting beautiful beaches. The house is equipped with everything you need, is in a very quiet and peaceful area and has a beautiful garden. Highly recommended, if we return to those areas of Sardinia we will definitely repeat the experience with John and Natalie!

John and Natalie are very friendly, helpful and interesting people. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The bathroom is large and the shower a dream. We liked the mosquito repellent on the windows. We also really liked the large garden with plenty of seating. The breakfast was rich and very good. We really liked the location, there are many beautiful beaches nearby. The ice cream shop in Sant'Anna Arresi had special delicious types of ice cream. We clearly recommend the stay.

The place is located in a strategic position to go to many beaches, the atmosphere near the house is so peaceful. The breakfast were delicious every morning. Highly recommended!

John and Natalie were very welcoming. We immediately felt like at home. The place was exactly as described and it was decorated with charm. Everything was available and we could have just asked for wishes. There was also delicious breakfast every morning and we received good tips for restaurants and excursions. John and Natalie are very friendly and forthcoming and responded very quickly when messaged! Trustworthy and approachable! The place is as described, a calm and nice little place surrounded by a garden - quiet but a short drive to the nearby sand dunes, pine forests and beaches! Their attentiveness to little details is well above average - they are eager to adjust with any ideas from guests. The room and bath was well furnished and new looking, a nice courtyard and cozy breakfast nook and seating outside. Little things like providing a fridge with water, kettle with tea/coffe and a snack, plus a nicely equipped bathroom makes you feel well taken care of. If you care about wifi and TV it was working better than most places :) Quiet and friendly in an area that has a lot to offer, and well kept house and area!

We stayed with John and Natalie for two nights. They personally welcomed us and took us to the lovely place. Impeccable order and cleaning. Very helpful and friendly hosts. In the morning, breakfast, with a choice of savory and sweet, was set up in the lovely courtyard overlooking the garden. Great in everything. A few kilometers from Porto Pino, surrounded by nature and tranquility. I highly recommend it! I hope to go back, maybe for longer, to reach the wonderful beaches of Sardinia!

After short difficulties finding the address, we were warmly welcomed by Nathalie and John. We were able to park with our car right in front of the property. The apartment was very modern and clean. In the morning we got a delicious and varied breakfast. It is located in a peaceful location. There are beautiful beaches nearby that are easy to reach by bike. We would stay at the property again and again.
