We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was exactly as described. The location is peaceful with a lovely view. A beach and 2 great restaurants are walking distance from the house. Thanks to Theoharis for his helpful instructions.

Pleasure of our stay! Quiet house quite close by car to the pretty port of Naoussa, sea view, nice private garden that goes around the house, terrace out of the sun. Very clean and charming, flexible and smiling welcome! Great cleaning after 3 days: sparkling house when we returned, the cleaner very kindly took out and extended the linen from the washing machine and restarted the following machine: adorable! The lower floor is flexible, small high windows in the 2 bedrooms, it must be well refreshing during the hot days (we were there the first week of May, no luck, the weather was very bad, a little wet on the rainy days downstairs but certainly not the case when the weather is nice!). Our kids loved the big space downstairs! (However, I do not recommend it for young children, the staircase safety boards are too spaced in my opinion) We will be back:-)

We (3 adult friends) stayed 6 nights in mid-September in the Villa Daphne and we had a great time. The 4 villas are set in a hillside in a quiet location facing east over the sea and (in the distance) Naxos. The villa is very comfortable, very clean, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and all 3 bedrooms have A/C (although we rarely used it). Windows and doors all have flyscreens and there is a large terrace which was great for eating outside and having a glass of wine in the evening. Communication, check-in and check-out were excellent (thank you, Theoharis and Ritsa). Beaches are close by, a smaller beach is around 7 mins walk from the villa and the larger beach (Santa Maria) about 12 mins. You will need a car for shopping and getting to most restaurants, but everything is within a 10-15 minute drive and there is easy, on-site parking. We recommend this villa!

We spent 10 days with family in the villa that we already knew about. Once again, we were very happy with our stay. The house is very well located, you can walk to the beach in a quiet and still preserved place in Paros. Clean functional and tastefully decorated as I remembered…. Theoharis and his team are always available and very professional. A place to remember!

Theo’s house was super clean, and had many comforts to make it a home from home. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the ceiling fans were perfect for keeping the temperature down at night. There is air con but we didn’t use it much due to the architecture that keeps the house cooler. We felt as if we were in the best part of the island. Snorkelling in the morning with the beach to ourselves - 5 min walk away. A 10 min drive gave us fantastic Arsenis deli with amazing local produce like cheeses, yoghurts, wine and nibbles; also Artomagerion for beautiful bread and pastries which we are out on the shady verandah over looking the view towards Naxos which was amazing at night. The area was very quiet, restful and peaceful. There are neighbouring properties but it remains private as the houses are staggered. Above all, Theo was a great host who welcomed us in and also described good places to go for beaches and food and gave us a lovely welcome basket of fruits and wine and provided a bbq. Communication was great and he was able to provide some things for our friends’ 3 year old. We went with our two teenage daughters and so there were 7 of us, but with two bathrooms and three bedrooms it was perfect amount of space. Highly recommended for visiting the beautiful island of Paros.

A lovely summer house with great space, views and peaceful environment. It has all the needed facilities in the house and both Theoharis and his team are incredibly responsive and helpful. The place is 7-8 min walk to the Mikri Santa Maria beach, which we found to be one of the best beaches in the island. The only drawback might be its distance from the nearest grocery/supermarket but if you are already renting a car to discover the island, supermarkets are only 5-10 minutes drive at the entrance of Naousa. We spent lovely time with our friends at this place and definitely recommend.

An amazing house in a great location. Host was friendly and helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. The view from the terrasse was stunning. This house is a little corner of paradise for a perfect holiday in the Cyclades.

Lovely place and perfect location. Less than 10 minutes walk to the small Santa Maria Beach and Dixty (one of the best restaurants on the island). 10 mins drive to Naoussa and so many lovely beaches within 5-10 mins driving. It is relaxing being away from the crowded areas yet very accessible to everything. Highly recommend!

Theoharis was waiting for us and made us feel like a part of the family instantly. The home was very comfortable and modern, with great appliances including a clothes washer. We were 6 adult people so we need room and there was plenty. The location is in between Big Santa Maria and Little Santa Maria Beach, tranquil and close to the beaches and an amazing restaurant called Katsounas. All are a 5 to 10 minute walk. The beds were great and being close to the beach there is always a nice breeze flowing through the house. He has a lovely patio that is comfortable and looks out over the ocean. A Well stocked herb garden is at your disposal in his yard and boy did I use them. There is a supermarkets, vegetable stand, coffee shop and bakery about 15 minutes away. It is close to the town of Naousa only 10 minutes away and the port city of Parikia is about 25 minutes. We had a van and I drove to every city and site on the island and it was great fun. My cousin Marietta runs Avant Travel and she can arrange any type of travel service and car. She is a wealth of knowledge about the island. We will definitely return to Theoharis' home in the future. You can't go wrong, he and his family are lovely people.

A great villa in beautiful Paros! Well located close to a pretty little beach and a short drive to town. The villa itself is the perfect size for three couples or a family, with a big terrace and roomy interiors. Theoharis is easy to communicate with and a great host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed at the villa for a week. We were 2 adults and 3 children. The villa is very comfortable, very easy to live in, well equipped. The terrace is beautiful, it is a place where it is nice breakfast in the morning and have an aperitif in the evening before a dinner lit by the lanterns. The villa is for 6, possibly 7. You have to rent a car, it's mandatory given the absence of shops nearby. Mikri Santa beach is a 10 minute walk away, this from Santa Maria further away. There is a tavern close to Mikri Santa and two bars on the beach. Theoharis and his team are super available, welcoming, they respond very promptly to all inquiries. Theoharis even helped us rent our car. The villa is really nice, without fuss, well decorated, it feels good there! With a car, we recommend the wild beaches of Tsoukalia, White Cliff, Molos and Filizi on the East Coast and Kolimbithres west of Naoussa.

Amazing location and service! We had a wonderful stay at this house. We where three couples with one baby each. Theoharis and his team provided us with everything we needed and the house is very functional with on top of that a wonderful seaview! The only thing we regret was not having a dishwasher and washer machines as well as the fact that the flooring was too rough for babies that crawl.
