The space
Alkyoni is the essential upmarket Paros pool villa. A beautiful family residence with stunning sea views and a large garden, it has many shaded areas outdoors for the whole party to wine and dine alfresco. Two gorgeous beaches are just a few steps away. Up to 10 guests can enjoy this private pool villa very comfortably. White with Aegean Blue shutters, the villa is modern but has been built with the local Cycladic architecture in mind. This is a house made for the enjoyment of large families and groups of friends. It is surrounded by a sizeable garden with sea views. The residence’s shaded terrace looks out onto the sea. This is where you will be able to relax day and night and take in the stunning views or have a bite to eat and something to drink during the gentle summer nights. Inside the house has been decorated with comfort and style in mind. There is a large living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and look out onto the garden and the sea. Three of them have queen size beds while the other two have two single beds each. There is an extra child’s bed you can use in the living area. You will have exclusive access to the villa and its private garden. Two pristine beaches, where your children will love playing and swimming all day, are just 2 minutes away on foot. We will not be on the premises but we will often be staying nearby and are always available to assist and advise. Ambelas is a charming fishing village, a few minutes’ drive from Naousa town. There is a picturesque port, lovely beaches and plenty of tavernas offering the day’s catch. Some of Paros’ best known beaches, such as Santa Maria and Kolimbithres are just a short drive away. The village also has a riding school, a yoga and meditation centre and shops for necessities. It is a great spot for those wanting to explore Paros’ hillside traditional villages like Lefkes. The villa is located in a residential area within walking distance of Ambelas Even though you can walk to the nearest village, we recommend that you hire a car to enjoy your stay as there is no local bus stop near our home. There is wi-fi, free parking , a washing machine, air-conditioning, and central heating. We will provide you with essentials such as linen and towels. We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this house for the ninth time. The house is very quiet and has a beautiful view of the sea. It has two beautiful, very private, small sandy beaches with crystal clear water within a 5-minute walk. The outdoor area of the house is very great and offers many different cozy places, tables, loungers and lounges to linger, sunbathe and eat. The rooms are beautifully furnished and all have an ensuite shower/WC. Two rooms are a little dark, as they only have a small window (surely nice and cool in the summer heat). The kitchen/living room and dining area are tastefully furnished. We cooked and grilled a lot and then ate outside. If the weather doesn't allow you to eat outside, it gets a bit cramped inside to eat together and you have to move to the couch. The service was super nice and excellent. All in all, a very great accommodation that we would book again.

Beautiful and quite area. The harbor nearby and the small beaches were a bonus. Pretty and simple standard inside, with everything you need. Lovely outdoor area! Some little closet space/ hanging in the bedrooms. One bedroom downstairs had a poorly functioning air conditioning that smelled a bit of " moisture". Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed the area. You need a car to get around and get food/ drink shopping. Noussa is 10 min by car and is a lovely port city with lots of good restaurants. We gladly came back !

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
