The space

Alkyoni is the essential upmarket Paros pool villa. A beautiful family residence with stunning sea views and a large garden, it has many shaded areas outdoors for the whole party to wine and dine alfresco. Two gorgeous beaches are just a few steps away. Up to 10 guests can enjoy this private pool villa very comfortably. White with Aegean Blue shutters, the villa is modern but has been built with the local Cycladic architecture in mind. This is a house made for the enjoyment of large families and groups of friends. It is surrounded by a sizeable garden with sea views. The residence’s shaded terrace looks out onto the sea. This is where you will be able to relax day and night and take in the stunning views or have a bite to eat and something to drink during the gentle summer nights. Inside the house has been decorated with comfort and style in mind. There is a large living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and look out onto the garden and the sea. Three of them have queen size beds while the other two have two single beds each. There is an extra child’s bed you can use in the living area. You will have exclusive access to the villa and its private garden. Two pristine beaches, where your children will love playing and swimming all day, are just 2 minutes away on foot. We will not be on the premises but we will often be staying nearby and are always available to assist and advise. Ambelas is a charming fishing village, a few minutes’ drive from Naousa town. There is a picturesque port, lovely beaches and plenty of tavernas offering the day’s catch. Some of Paros’ best known beaches, such as Santa Maria and Kolimbithres are just a short drive away. The village also has a riding school, a yoga and meditation centre and shops for necessities. It is a great spot for those wanting to explore Paros’ hillside traditional villages like Lefkes. The villa is located in a residential area within walking distance of Ambelas Even though you can walk to the nearest village, we recommend that you hire a car to enjoy your stay as there is no local bus stop near our home. There is wi-fi, free parking , a washing machine, air-conditioning, and central heating. We will provide you with essentials such as linen and towels.
