The house itself is wonderful and we loved the peace and quiet and views!!! We were with three kids and they loved the pool. We loved it too - the views are absolute paradise. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice peaceful stay. Our only issue with the house was the heat. We stayed there in August and it was extremely hot. The house itself does not have air-conditioning but they provided us with 2 portable fans. During the day we jumped in the pool to cool off a lot but at night there weren't enough fans for the rooms and the kids woke up multiple times bc they were too hot. We messaged Theoharis asking for a portable fan for each bedroom and he told us to try sleeping with the windows open. When this solution didn't work we messaged him again and he simply didn't reply. For the price we paid I would expect a decent solution for the heat in August or at the very least a response from the host. Other than that, if you are traveling in cooler months, would highly recommend.

Fantastic property with breathtaking views. Waking up every morning and looking out to the eastern side of the island and the Aegean Sea with Naxos right across is priceless. We were concerned that the property did not have AC considering the heat in Greece, but the position of the property on the hill, combined with the island breeze of the Cyclades and the construction of the property- was never an issue. In fact - it felt better. Fantastic amenities for a week long stay for a group of 8. The pool is shared. Never an issue with the other guests. The location is great for those who want privacy and peace with amazing restaurants close by. Naousa is a 5-8 minutes by car with multiple supermarkets and bakeries very close. You will need a car as it is a steep hill and the roads are typical for a village. Beaches are a short drive away. We went to a different one every day with a drive from 8-16 minutes away. Would come back in a heartbeat if available.

Everything was great, the villa, the view, the cleaning and the hosts! I definitely recommend it! We’ve been travelling with kids and it was awesome for them but for us also!

Highly recommended. We where 5 adults and 2 young children, and the house accommodated all of us well. Kitchen is well supplied, and everything was spotlessly clean. Views are amazing and it is s super short drive to downtown naoussa.

The house is honestly amazing, the view took our breath away every moment we spent there!! It has all the comfort possible for a long stay for 8 people and is very well equipped. It was also perfectly clean and we even had a cleaner come at the middle of our stay. Theoharis is an amazing host who gave us a lot of tips, took very good care of us by staying 100% reachable during our whole stay. The location is great you feel totally alone in the hills and it’s very quiet, yet you are 5mins from all shops and 10mins tops from the center of Naoussa. The only thing I would say is that it should be more clear in the description that the pool is shared between several houses, so in case there are other bookings next to you when you are there, you can have to share the pool area. But that was not a problem for us, we were almost always alone. I recommend this place 100% for a luxurious family or friends stay in Greece.

A beautiful place to stay while visiting Paros. We had 17 family members in 2 houses and we so enjoyed morning breakfast by the pool and family dinners on the terrace. Super clean and the host was friendly. Chilled wine, fruit and cheese was waiting for us on arrival. Everything was comfortable and lovely. It’s a bit off the beaten path but it’s worth it for the view and the quiet. Rent a car and resist the urge to island hop. Everything you need for a good 5 days to a week is on this island. Ooh, I hope we get to come back soon!

It is a beautiful villa with a stunning view, especially from the pool and bbq area. All the rooms are spacious doubles which is a big plus for groups of friends. Highly recommended!

The views were absolutely spectacular, the pictures do not do the villa justice. Theo was an amazing host and very quick to respond to our needs. On arrival he gave us a full tour! The rooms were very clean and spacious, kitchen utensils were fully stocked! Please note if you’re going as big group ( we were 7) you must shower one by one with a ten min gap for the water to be hot. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided by the wonderful Theo including ice-cream alcohol. Chef Elia was also very lovely, she cooked a beautiful traditional meal on arrival full of variety as well as breakfast in the morning( ingredients not included) - her daughter was also very pleasant and kind. Naousa is a great place for afternoon lunch and nights out. The comeback( Naoussa) club gave us a free pitcher and played really nice music. A nice Resturant to try in Naoussa Piaza! Wine tasting at the Moraitis winery at the entrance of Naoussa was a great experience, Thanos explained things very well. The highlight however was going to Parikia-even though we went at night it was very fun( club Saloon d’or). A great beach to visit it Santa Maria where we did loads of water activities including kayak boat riding and going on a tower ball inflatable ! Additionally, the cab drivers were extremely efficient, shout out to George and Yiannis! Very patient with out pit stops and always answered our calls, always on time and communicated with us at all times. A great trip, would recommend to others and would definitely come again!

Villa Acqua is a superb place to stay in Paros. The villa is wonderful, spotlessly clean and tidy and very accurate down to the smallest details. The view is simply amazing. Breathtaking. Even the location is fantastic, just 2 minutes from Naoussa. We spent a week in 9 (5 guys) and we have enjoyed excellent assistance for all our needs. Highly recommended. If we will return to Paros we definitely come back to Villa Acqua.

When I first saw the villa appear in the options for our holiday stay, we knew we were in for something special. But nothing prepared us for the unforgettable stay we had. The host made getting there very easy and we were met with overwhelming info and tips on the best beaches, restaurants and tours. The house is spectacular with the most breathtaking views of Paros and neighboring islands giving you the feeling of space and time, yet only 5 min away by car from the hustle and bustle of Naussa. We felt like being at home immediately. If you are into running, there are beautiful running routes, but be prepared to work the hills on the way back. We stayed for 7 nights and we could have stayed much longer and will definitely go back!

The villa is nice, cozy, and luminous, with breathtaking views over Paros and the sea. Our terrace was big and welcoming, with a direct private access to the pool. Pool and surrounding area were clean and well maintained also with nice views and good water temperature. We had two parking spots by the villa which was convenient since we had two cars. Theoharis was very welcoming and made us feel at home instantly. He took his time to give us a tour of the villa and was quick in getting us a few missing items like a kettle and coffee. The rooms and shared areas were all cleaned and nicely decorated. A few flying bugs here and there but that is the price to pay for being in a secluded area in the Greek mountains with breathtaking views! The two upper rooms were much nicer than the two lower rooms, which lacked sun and natural light! The road to the villa was a bit long and bumpy, something we didn’t know about, but it was quickly forgotten once we got there! All in all a very good stay, we will definitely come back!

I went to Paros for the first time with my 2 years old baby boy, my husband, my parents that arrived from Brazil and my sister. None of us will never forget the amazing vacation we spent together there. The House was perfect! Much more beautiful and comfortable than we could possibly imagine. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, impeccable sheets and towels. Super well equipped kitchen! I love to cook and it was a dream! Theoharis provided us everything we needed! He helped us from the airport to the house, provided a cleaning lady every 3 days (and more often if needed) . He gave us all the support we needed, even suggesting a Private Chef to Coi for us at home and some Massage Therapist that could come to the house. I am very happy and thankful for all the attention and kindness that he offered us. We will be back next summer!! Don’t miss it!

Our group stayed at both Villa Acqua and Villa Olivier. Each Villa has its own unique charm. Everything was beautifully decorated and the view was stunning! Theoharis was so kind and welcoming and provided us with some great tips for the area. I wish we could have stayed for much longer. I hope to visit again sometime soon!

We were two families with young children, visiting Paros for the first time. We really enjoyed the privacy of the location and the stunning pool. The house is large, tastefully decorated and had more equipment that we could ever imagine for our stay! Theoharis was also great in providing suggestions in how to better enjoy our time on the island. Thank you for a great stay and hope to return one day!

This is simply a stunning home! The views are amazing, the pool is amazing and the interiors are amazing. The pool is shared but the other two villas are spaced well-apart and we were able to relax and enjoy a unique holiday. We would definitely recommend Villa Acqua and would love to return here ourselves. Many many thanks to our hosts, for a relaxing escape.

We stayed in the Villa Acqua and had an amazing time. Very suitable for large groups (it's a compound of 3 villas, able to host up to 27 people), lots of privacy since it's perched high on the hills above Naousa. A car is definitely needed to access the villa, since it's a 10 minute drive from Naousa. But once you're home, it's paradise! Infinity pool with view on the bay, very modern house with all amenities, no direct neighbors outside of the 3 houses of the estate. And even the 3 houses' location leaves enough privacy to one another. Theoharis was a super friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable host, guiding us smoothly from the time we checked in, to recommending us some good spots to eat out (Siparos rocks!!) or buy local wine, and recommend some beautiful beaches. There is also the possibility to have a chef coming to the house to cook dinner for you! We all had an amazing time in Paros, and we can surely give Theoharis credit for this. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The house, location, view, and host were all great. The only thing to know is that the house is not as private as advertised. There are several neighboring houses that share the property and they are quite close to one another. The pool is shared and the house on the end is right next to the pool so you have to see the other guests at the pool from your porch. Some days the pool was full with the neighbors and at times there were loud children early in the morning. The second bedroom upstairs does not have a bathroom and there is no shared bathroom upstairs so you have to walk downstairs and across the room to the nearest bathroom. Also, the internet is barely functional. The place is great but just know what you are signing up for as the listing does not make the shared elements clear and the price did not reflect.

A sublime and unforgettable villa, perfectly matches the descriptions and photos, even more beautiful than you could imagine. An incredible welcome with not only a companion to the villa, but many Paros specialties available (wine, aperitif cookies...) everything to facilitate check-in. It feels easy to feel like a brand host. Again, thank you for this warm welcome from theoharis. A cleaning after three days is very appreciated. A sublime elevated site with an amazing view. Car required.
