What can I say, amazing view, great pool and, a beautiful house. Loved the traditional Cycladic architecture and the bathrooms. The house is beautifully designed and stocked and we had a fabulous time. Theoharis and his crew provided every assistance and the manual with information about the house, places of interest, local restaurants and, driving around the island was well thought out and appreciated.

Incredibly beautiful, spacious and clean villa on a picturesque hill overlooking the island. Great communication with Theoharris who sent a detailed manual about the villa a week before our trip. Steep climb up the hill to reach the villa, so be sure to choose a vehicle that can handle it. Would love to return to Paros and stay in this villa again!

This is a wonderful property on a wonderful island. The space is exactly as described. It is a generous house with lots of big bowls and platters to serve food cooked at home in the well equipped kitchen. Toiletries are generous and of excellent quality. No need to bring your own shampoo here. We found a wonderful restaurant/home cooking place. Anna made us family sized moussaka and other delicious dinners which she put into foil containers for us to take home and cook there. I recommend you do this at least once as it is perfect sitting out on the terrace and having dinner. ‭+30 2284 045597‬. Our favourite beach was Golden Bay. I can highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Oliviers. The panoramic view of the ocean is quite breathtaking. The three adjoining villas sit up a hill so it's nice and quiet and removed from the center of the town. There is a dirt road with a steep climb up the hill so I would recommend a vehicle that does okay with some slightly rougher terrain. Theoharis was flexible in extending our stay at a very generous rate. :) Due to bad weather conditions we had to push back our ferry by a day. Tonia was a wonderful resource during our stay. She greeted us late in the evening at the grocery store and showed us the way to the villa. She was also very helpful when we checked out. We managed to forget to open the gate for the car before leaving the keys in the house. Tonia was quick to respond and send someone to our rescue so we were able to make it to the port in time for our ferry. Thank you Tonia!

The house is very well situated in Paros with a marvellous view. It is very quite as outside Naousa on top of a hill. The house is very well equiped, well decorated, and well organised. It is really as described and pictures are giving a true idea of the house. The pool which is adjacent and shared with the 2 other sister houses is large 12x6m and the platform well organised leading to beautifull view while swimming. Our host Theoharis shared with us a few addresses summarized in a customized googlemap ; all what we tested were good tips. I do recommend this house.

We had an amazing experience at the house and in Paros. A truly beautiful space, great views, incredibly relaxing, superb hospitality and Paros is a fantastic island to explore. We had 10 days and could easily have spent more time there!

This villa is set on the side of a hill and has 3 villas together. The pool is at one end. It doesn't have air conditioning but we were surprised to find it didn't need it and we had a very relaxed and rejuvenating stay. As long as air flows through by keeping the windows open it's quite cool and comfortable. I would suggest getting supplies to stay and cook at the villa. We were given some wine, fruits and cheese to welcome us and it was very well received. The views are amazing and it's extremely picturesque. It's not perfect for small children as there are some hazards like stone steps and little rocks as decoration. Having said that our two year old didn't have any accidents.

Villa Oliviers is truly exceptional. The property also has two other amazing units (separate) with a beautiful shared Infiniti pool that looks east towards Naxos. Being high on the hill above Naoussa and Ampelas makes for breathtaking views and provides a refreshing breeze in the mornings and evenings. Everything that our family wanted or needed was available at Villa Oliviers. We had all that was needed for cooking dinner and breakfast, as we spent most days exploring Paros and didn’t find ourselves there at midday. The finer touches were greatly appreciated. Tonia, the local property manager met us in town to show us up to the villa. This was essential as we would probably not have found it otherwise. As a local she is very knowledgeable about Paros, which was a huge plus since we had never visited before. More importantly she was extremely gracious in setting us up with some wine, fruits, cheeses, waters, and other local snacks on our arrival. Before she left she gave us some much appreciated ideas about restaurants, beaches, etc. The house itself has 3 perfectly appointed bedrooms, and two have ensuite bathrooms. The third bathroom downstairs has a shower and steam room (which we did not use since it was July). All bedrooms had very comfortable beds, and our family of four is picky in this regard so this comment should be given extra weight. Linens were abundant including beach towels. The bath products were high quality, local, and plentiful. The best way I can summarize Villa Oliviers is to say that we would have been happy even if we had been stuck high the hill. Luckily the weather was perfect and weren’t there much during the day. Theoharis was prompt with replies to questions, and provided an excellent house/island guide book. It would be great if all AirBNb rentals took note from Theoharis and made the house/local guide downloadable (iBooks) and Google Maps based. This was extremely helpful. Most of what you need is there and any other questions are quickly answered by Tonia. If you like to cook there are great recommendations for local markets provided. Also at the bottom of the hill there are two good coffee shops with sweets. Not about the house, but worth including for those booking Villa Oliviers are our three favorite beaches: Punda Coast beach club, Farragas, and Santa Maria. All are very different. Our favorite meals were at Sigi Ikthios, Umi, and an upstairs place across from the school in Lefkes. Don’t miss a trip up to Lefkes, it is worth the drive. We did not hit the bar scene since our four year old and fourteen year old were with us, but a chance meeting with the owner of Come Back bar (Stephanos) would have brought us to his place otherwise. For all the comfort and convenience that Villa Oliviers offers, the highlight of our stay was meeting the property owner and his daughter. If you happen to meet them you will understand....

The property is stunning and exactly as is shown in the photos. Our group stayed at both Villa Aqua and Villa Olivier. Each has its own special charm. The pool was perfect. The view was perfect. Theoharis was so kind and welcoming and provided us with some great tips for the area! I wish we could have stayed for 2 weeks. I hope to visit again sometime soon!

We had a wonderful stay - the villa i s gorgeous, clean and has breathtaking views. I definitely recommend a cat since it is a bit out of the city center, but close to everything. Lovely!

This place is fantastic - calm, great, clean, well equipped, stunning view to the opposite island of Naxos, up the hill - a car is a must - well located providing easy access to all the best spot of the Parros island. What s more we received a warm welcome from theoharis. When we ll come back to Paros we ll come back here:-)

The place is amazing, can't speak more highly of it! The house is well kept, all facilities are great i.e. bathroom, kitchen, pool and even a steam room!! The location is perfect for a get away and has an amazing view of the island. It housed myself and 6 friends comfortably, will definitely go back. The host was amazing also by being readily available if you need anything. Thank you!

I can't say enough about this amazing place. Pano welcomed us into a home with a view that competes with Santorini. The home is full of every necessity and then some. You could not want for anything more in this amazing home.

The villa is beautiful and in a secluded location with a magnificent view. The decor is very well cared for and the bathrooms are to be seen for the care with which they were made. Even the pool is magnificent with a spectacular view!

At the end of the dirt road, on the heights of Paros, Villa Oliviers offers panoramic views of the east of the island, the Aegean Sea, Naxos and Mikonos. Splendid! We had a great time at this beautiful villa, comfortable, very well equipped and very nicely decorated. Quiet, space, freshness at the beginning of summer, terraces and swimming pool, pretty garden. Quiet. Warm welcome from Theoharis, picked us up when we arrived at 9 p.m. at the port of Parikia. Car essential. Theoharis answered all of our questions with great kindness. We'll be happy to come again!

We were 7 friends and all had a great time in Paros also thanks to Theoharis: warm welcome, clean and easy to live house, amazing view on the sea, furnitured like in a Elle Deco ;-) The house is comfy and particularly well orginsed for groups like ours. The owner, who speaks French very well, was willing to help and ready to provide support. We can only recommand and are thinking of coming back!
