The space

This dazzling pool villa is just a few meters away from the sandy Xifara beach. Fresh and modern it will bewitch you with a fabulous hippie chic atmosphere and refined architecture. Its stunning sea views and airy indoor spaces are a perfect setting for a laid-back, summer living experience. Day or night, by the pool, beach or Bbq, you will enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. The home is ideal for families or groups of friends that want to fully immerse themselves in the Greek island experience.
This very elegant bohemian villa is large and comfortable. It is set over three levels and 215 square meters, on a very large plot of land. The extensive grounds have a large Bbq area, a shared swimming pool, beautiful gardens and beautiful sea views. There is also a shaded dining area to enjoy throughout the day.
This home is part of a group that were built in keeping with the whitewashed local architecture while at the same time designed with a relaxed, absolutely contemporary feel in mind.
It has it’s very own shaded veranda with a large dining table as comfortable funky outdoors seating.
Indoors, the minimal white is offset by touches of wood. There is a very large living, dining and kitchen area with a breakfast bar and comfortable, chic furniture. The ambience continues in the bedrooms and bathrooms, all minimally and elegantly designed.
The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped. Essentials such as linen and towels are provided and changed regularly.
You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, with a access to a pool shared with the two neighboring villas.
As much or as little as you want. We are not always staying on the premises, however we are only a phone call/email for anything you need.
You are only 100m from the beautiful Xifara beach, 200m from Siparos restaurant and 200-300m from Lageri beaches. The famous Santa Maria beach is also a few minutes away.
You are also just a 5-minute drive from the picturesque port of Naousa, with its whitewashed streets, bars, restaurants and shops.
There is a bus stop nearby, but we recomment that you hire a car/motorcycle/quad to better enjoy the island of Paros. There is free parking on the premises.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Naousa! The home was comfortable and had amazing views of the water and countryside. The outdoor space was ideal for our group of 9, and was the perfect home base to relax and enjoy the pool. While it was a bit too far to walk into town, our host helped us schedule cars and activities while we were there. Thank you so much for hosting us, we cant wait to be back!

We had a fantastic stay at White Sand Villas! The home comfortably slept our group of 6, and the amenities were fantastic. Theoharis and Magda were informative, gracious, and welcoming hosts. The location was prime for visiting Santa Maria beach, and the rest of the island was easily accessible. Highly recommend booking with them for your stay on Paros!

Amazing! We had a blast, staying 10 girls in this amazing villa and they helped us with everything from booking taxis, restaurants and the villa had cleaning included every day! We Will be back next year!

Property Manager Terms

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
