The space
This dazzling pool villa is just a few meters away from the sandy Xifara beach. Fresh and modern it will bewitch you with a fabulous hippie chic atmosphere and refined architecture. Its stunning sea views and airy indoor spaces are a perfect setting for a laid-back, summer living experience. Day or night, by the pool, beach or Bbq, you will enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. The home is ideal for families or groups of friends that want to fully immerse themselves in the Greek island experience.This very elegant bohemian villa is large and comfortable. It is set over three levels and 215 square meters, on a very large plot of land. The extensive grounds have a large Bbq area, a shared swimming pool, beautiful gardens and beautiful sea views. There is also a shaded dining area to enjoy throughout the day.
This home is part of a group that were built in keeping with the whitewashed local architecture while at the same time designed with a relaxed, absolutely contemporary feel in mind.
It has it’s very own shaded veranda with a large dining table as comfortable funky outdoors seating.
Indoors, the minimal white is offset by touches of wood. There is a very large living, dining and kitchen area with a breakfast bar and comfortable, chic furniture. The ambience continues in the bedrooms and bathrooms, all minimally and elegantly designed.
The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped. Essentials such as linen and towels are provided and changed regularly.
You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, with a access to a pool shared with the two neighbouring villas.
As much or as little as you want. We are not always staying on the premises, however we are only a phone call/email for anything you need.
You are only 100m from the beautiful Xifara beach, 200m from Siparos restaurant and 200-300m from Lageri beaches. The famous Santa Maria surfing beach is also a few minutes away.
You are also just a 5-minute drive from the picturesque port of Naousa, with its whitewashed streets, bars, restaurants and shops.
There is a bus stop nearby, but we recommend that you hire a car/motorcycle/quad to better enjoy the island of Paros. There is free parking on the premises.

This was the nicest airbnb experience I’ve had by far! The villa was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly wish for when staying in Paros. It’s a close drive to the town and is walkable to an amazing restaurant called Siparos. We got to know some of the other neighbors at other villas nearby and it was really fun. Tonia was an amazing host and I would definitely recommend this to anyone! Thank you so much!!!

Extra stay! The house is great and very clean. Cleaning is done every day! Dignent services of a hotel, it's super nice. The equipment is perfect. Very well located house (10 min drive to Naoussa center). Our host Tonia was very present for us, always available ! I would highly recommend it.

We had a great week with the family in this house with perfect hospitality and services (cleaning every day, well-maintained pool, access to the vegetable garden...). Theoharis and Tonia are always available in case of any problems and settle them effectively (battery failure of our car resolved the same day). Thanks for everything.

Our stay at Theoharis Place was a Dream, we have had so many golden moments to remember and felt very warm and welcome. The house was spacious, beautiful decor and beds were good as expected. Pools are superclean as the entire place is (cleaning team was there every day in the morning, better than any hotel:). Tonia made us feel home and gave us great infos and insider tips for dining, travel and any other helpful guidance. We recommend the place 100% and especially for us as 2 families with kids from new born up to teenager this has been a perfect vacation home. We will come back for sure:) ☀️🙏

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
