This dazzling group of three villas just a few meters away from the sandy Xifara beach. Fresh and modern they will bewitch you with a fabulous hippie chic atmosphere and refined architecture. Their stunning sea views and airy indoor spaces are a perfect setting for a laid-back, summer living experience. Day or night, by the pool, beach or BBQ,you will enjoy the holiday of a lifetime. The villas are ideal for families or groups that want to fully immerse themselves in the Greek island experience.This is a combined listing of our three villas that can be booked together for weddings, large groups, offsite meetings or yoga & fitness retreats
You will have access to a 3 fully equipped and independent villas, with a access to a pool shared between them.
As much or as little as you want. We are not always staying on the premises, however we are only a phone call/email for anything you need.
You are only 100m from the beautiful Xifara beach, 200m from Siparos restaurant and 200-300m from Lageri beaches. The famous Santa Maria beach is also a few minutes away.
You are also just a 5-minute drive from the picturesque port of Naousa, with its whitewashed streets, bars, restaurants and shops.
There is a bus stop nearby, but we recomment that you hire a car/motorcycle/quad to better enjoy the island of Paros. There is free parking on the premises.
We can also arrange private van transfer for you and your group.
If you are planning a island wedding, this group of three villas is the ideal setting!

This AirB&B was an absolute dream for hosting my wife’s 50th birthday party with almost 30 guests! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The host (and particularly Magda!) was incredibly responsive to all our needs, making planning so much easier. They even provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our stay. The host’s willingness to coordinate directly with our outside chefs for two separate dinners made the catering aspect completely stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration. The property itself was perfection. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. Plus, the quiet location was ideal, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere while still accommodating a lively party. I can't recommend this AirB&B enough for anyone looking to host an event or simply enjoy a beautiful, well-managed getaway.

White Sands Villa is a gorgeous venue and very well kept by the owner. We were a group of 21 and there was plenty of space and amenities for us across the three separate but attached villas. Each one has its own hot tub too which is a bonus! The beach nearby is also gorgeous and a beautiful place to watch the sunset from. Highly recommend this villa, and the host does an amazing job!

If you decide to stay at the White Sand Villas, you will not be disappointed. The villas are beautiful, spacious, clean, and have everything that you would need for your stay. The host Theoharis answered all my questions before our stay in a timely manner, as well as provide recommendations for restaurants, car rentals, etc. The villas exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay there again and highly recommend them. Our refrigerator was stocked with groceries for our immediate needs and our villa was also cleaned each day. Hosts Tonia and Stamatis were also a wealth of information. They were able to assist us with any questions that we had about Paros in a timely manner. Paros is a beautiful island and should be at the top of your list of places to visit! Our stay was absolute perfection!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at the White Sands Villa in Paros. From the beginning, Theoharis was extremely responsive to my emails and arranged everything from reservations at restaurants ahead of time to arranging transportation from the airport. Our refrigerator was stocked with groceries when we arrived and they put us in contact with a fantastic private chef who arranged an amazing dinner on our first night there. The villa employs a wonderful housekeeping staff who cleaned our villa and pool every day. Tonia was an amazing hostess and tended to our every need. Our stay could not have been more perfect.

We rented all 3 villas (smile, love, happy) for 4 days for our destination wedding. The villas are great, clean, spacious. The pool and bbq are very cozy. Plenty of space for 20people sleeping there and 20 more guests spending the evenings. They accommodated our catering company and helped them set up and clean. Thank you very much! We loved our time at white sands villas! Truly a wedding paradise:)

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
