The home was beautiful and we had a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. It was clean, and the pool was beautiful. The one disappointing part was it is listed as being in Naoussa, which it is not. Each taxi ride cost us about 50 euros each way. I would recommend renting a car to save money.

Our excitement and happiness for this holiday turned into torment by the second day because of the house we rented. The house was plagued by a sewage smell from the downstairs bathroom that permeated the entire space for the whole week. When we informed the host, they acknowledged the issue and sent someone over who merely used an air freshener, which did nothing to help. We also discovered ants swarming the kitchen countertops. The host provided insecticide but took no further action. Every morning, the ants reappeared in greater numbers. The kitchen appliances were substandard: a plastic kettle that was too hot to handle and leaked, and a coffee machine that constantly dripped water. The cutlery was rusted and of very poor quality. The final straw was finding a cockroach in the bedroom. It was horrifying. We were shocked and disappointed that such a neglected, smelly house is part of the Airbnb portfolio. Our vacation was ruined, and we hope this review helps future guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Erato. The house was comfortable and well equipped and the pool area was beautiful. The weather was mostly windy during our stay so we could not use it as much as we would’ve liked. We loved the beach and restaurants in nearby Ambelas. A car is necessary during your stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The villa was perfect for our small family with 3 children but could easily accommodate more. The location is very peaceful with great restaurants within a short distance - walkable however a little too far with our young children in the heat but only a few minutes drive.

Our family loved sitting around the big outdoor table overlooking our awesome pool and the sea and Naxos Island across the water. There were a few cool restaurants and a beach within 5-10mins walk which we really enjoyed. Next time we should hire a car as taxi's find the accom a little hard to find. Unfortunately we had problems with air-con in main bedroom but the host sent someone out asap to look at it but they couldn't get it fixed until our last night. we appreciate the efforts made and thank host for a lovely stay. Paros is beautiful

What an amazing venue for a reunion. We were a group of 7 and made the most of the indoor and outdoor space on offer. The outdoor space in particular is stunning and for the early risers you can catch the sunrise just over the sea, and for the late risers you can see the milky way at night. Close enough to nice beaches, groceries, shops and the perfect base to explore Naoussa while having a quiet space when you need it.

We had a pleasant stay at this villa that matches the description and photos. Cleaning done once a week and linen changed. Theoharis was responsive to our requests. Perfect villa for 8 people..

Theoharis team is very efficient, welcoming and helpful. The house is well located and well kept. It has a beautiful sea view terrace with a pool. it's a shame that 3 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor /basement with only small high windows (lack of air and natural light). The kitchen equipment is too fair for 8 people: mini dishwasher ( which has malfunctioned) and few cooking utensils. Luckily, the team was very helpful throughout our stay.

Great villa and location-better view than the pictures Must have a car but still walking distance to a great beach club and a couple of restaurants. Three beaches (two sheltered from the Meltemi winds) are also a short walk Housekeeping and groundskeepers do a great job on site and communication with Theoharis was consistent throughout the entire process All in all Ampelas is a great choice and close to town but quiet and peaceful

We had a wonderful time at this villa. The villa is great, the pool and view are amazing, and we really liked that it was in a quiet location but you could walk to restaurants. Theoharis was a super host and was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Overall great villa in a quiet location, superb sea views from terrace and pool! Parts of the furnishings incl. bathrooms made a 'worn' impression and could use a revamp. Easy walk to Ampelas for dinner at a local tavern. Smooth communication with host Theoharis and very friendly reception by his local assistance Ritsa.

Theoharris and his team were exceptional during the run up and during our visit. We had to cancel during Covid and he happily let us postpone at no extra cost. Check in was easy, someone was waiting for us and gave us an introduction to the villa. The villa itself is small but perfect for our vacation. Our extended family and their children loved the pool and the views over the coast are stunning. It is a lovely quiet location away from the bustle of the more touristy spots on Paros. The location is great too... but there is some walking required if you don't rent a car. There are a couple of restaurants around 15 mins walk away (Aspro was our favourite) and one amazing bar (Vammos) on the cliff overlooking the sea which is beautiful at night. If you're looking for nightlife you really need a taxi into Naoussa, but we knew this and chose the location for the peace, which it has in abundance. Thanks again Theo, we will definitely be back on Paros in the future and won't hesitate to book again with you!

This villa is a dream. It was beautiful, spacious, everything you see in the listing is as depicted, but when you get there it is simply amazing. The outdoor area, the open floor plan, the bedrooms and baths, the pool, everything was comfortable and beautiful. The beaches were completely private and gorgeous, steps away from the house. This was my first time in Greece, and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.

We were stuck with having to change houses dues to water problems. Theoharis was very responsive and acted quickly to get his cleaning team so we could move into the property. His team were all really lovely and very responsive to any requests. The pool and view is amazing. The house is large to accommodate a lot of people but the furniture is a bit dated and one of the beds is really hard. Location is beautiful but recommend you have a car as taxis can’t find it. Close to Naoussa and a gorgeous beach club.

Beautiful and classic house facing the sea in a quiet beach side town. It’s about a 15-20 walk to a nice selection of restaurants. A short walk to an enclosed beach. The host was excellent at all stages of the trip so easy to book your stay with confidence that you’ll be looked after. The location is isolated from busy areas of Paros, which we enjoyed for its remoteness. And the house itself is spacious and has charm.

we spent one week in this house. it was fun and quiet. we were 6 adults and four young kids and it was ‏spacious enough for us all. ‏the house was clean and the amenities were indulging. Koriaki and Costa were always available. highly recommended!

Our stay at villa Erato was great. We particularly loved the seaview and the outdoor space. The house is exactly as you see in the pictures and it's also very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone.

We had a great stay at villa Erato! The owner was very helpful and quick to answer our questions. The house was just like in the pictures and we had lots of space for 9 people. You do need a car to get around and take advantage of the beautiful surroundings and the island of Paros! We even tried the bbq too!

We had an incredible week at Villa Erato! I have never experienced such hospitality in Europe. Theoharis was more than accommodating, organising a transfer from the port and going out of his way to deliver a couple of our party to the supermarket along with a tour of Naousa. We were overwhelmed by the list of recommendations for the island which made planning our days so easy. The villa is exactly as described, a peaceful location and very well equipped. The two beaches were beautiful and only a short walk from the villa. I would happily recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit Paros, both house and host blew us away!

The house is fabulous, we had a great time there. Everything is new and very clean. We can only recommend this place. The view from the terrace is superb. Two discreet beaches are next to the house. Theoharis was a very friendly host and he managed to find us a rental car while nothing was available on the island anymore. We just have compliments to give them.
