Everything was perfect except for the lack of ability to heat the kitchen and dining area well. The kitchen was equipped with all kinds of dishes, we could cook perfect for 5 people. Good beds!

Six of us enjoyed a great week over Christmas 2023 in this comfortable well equipped appartment. The ground floor took a while for the underfloor heating to warm up. With the under floor heating and the radiators on, the whole place was cosy and warm. The built in oven controls were a bit challenging and we thought the oven ran a bit cooler than indicated. We bought a Christmas tree and our host, Melanie called round with decorations and lights. The town centre is less then 10 mins walk away, mostly on the flat and the Aiguille du Midi railway station is barely 5 mins away. The scenary is simply stunning and we enjoyed magnificent views from the top of Le Brevent cable car. A trip on the Mont Blanc "Express" ( av speed 28mph) to Vallorcine is well worth making, as is the cog railway trip up to the Mer de Glace. We can higjhly reccommend both this appartment, the town Chamonix and the magnificent Chamonix valley with its stunning scenary.

Good communication, was able to arrange holiday at very short notice. Very spacious accommodation, own parking and a garage. There is occasional noise from passing train located in front of property.
