The best thing is the location. Wifi worked well Basement parking. The apartment's living room and dining area were spacious, with a large Velux window on the ceiling and a window with breakfast counter overlooking the plaza and gondola. The master bedroom is on a loft open to the living room and with the sloping ceiling, only the bed could be accessed on one side and on the feet. Really tiny second bedroom with a bunk bed and no window. Bathroom room also very small and no ventilation, there was a small exhaust fan that didn't work and no space to leave the usual utensils. The shower was very small, an uncomfortable half bathtub. And finally, the kitchen. New glass and working perfect, dishes and cutlery well, normal pots and pans were burned and dirty, we called the host and he quickly brought us a new set of three pans. The building and the apartment need to be removed. But we really enjoyed the stay, without a doubt.

The location of the apartment is ideal, with walking access to shops, restaurants, cable cars, swimming pool. Communication with the host was not seamless. I ended up fixing the burnt stove problem myself found in the closet on arrival. It took me a while to find the entrance to the underground parking lot and the pedestrian access to the building to get out of this labyrinth parking lot. It would have needed more explanation, because my badge only worked on the access to building B. So if we didn't find the right exit, we got stuck in the basement. And outdoor parking is always full. The window is very close to the neighbors' balcony, and in the summer, as it was open all the time, we had their late conversations in all languages, without them even knowing that we heard everything since we didn't have a balcony. But from this window we had magnificent views of the midday needle.

Stay in "camping" mode in an apartment with almost no amenities, 2 was already borderline, good luck if you come with 6: almost no place to put your things - and nothing in the bathroom, not even a shelf or towel rail), no storage in the kitchen, 2 beds in a makeshift closet without ventilation (is this even legal??), no sockets to plug in in practical places, thin and uncomfortable mattress, blinding ceiling light above the top bed and no night light, the cutlery is absolutely not provided for 6 people (only 1 bowl! We left 3 more...! Only 4 cups, 4 chairs around a fake table...!!); in the bathtub, you get your feet in a curtain too long, which is not wide enough > you water everywhere while trying to shower. Not to mention that the floor is very worn, the apartment has traces of decades of use, these old fabrics impregnated with bad smells on the shapeless "sofas" downstairs, the apartment is in a noisy environment... it would not be so bad if we felt the care taken to make us feel comfortable, it is not at all the case, we have never seen so expensive and so badly organised... What a shame!! On the other hand, the manager, even if a little long to respond because the code had not been communicated to us, was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, he alone can't make up for everything.
