Shame you can not use the large grass area outside the unit. We did chose this location for the ground floor access and abiltiy for our toddler to go out and play on the grass, but this is not permitted in these units. You can only use 1-2m of grass space directly outside the apartment. Otherwise, we did have a nice stay.
