This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional people. There is a shower room with a toilet and a separate toilet located in the entry hall.
The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, dishwasher, crockery, etc.) and is open to the living and dining areas.
The very comfortable living room is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi, and gives access to a balcony offering a nice, unobstructed view of the mountains.
The rate includes bedding (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats – beds made upon arrival!).
This property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).
The space
This apartment is located at Les Refuges des Outalays, a small complex of buildings situated less than 50m from the ski slopes, with ideal access to the Charmieux chairlift (one of the main meeting points for the ESF/children's ski school). It is also about a 20-minute walk from the main shopping street of the Chinaillon village.This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Beautiful apartment in the Outalays. The kitchen is very well equipped, it is rare to find something to really cook in a chalet in the mountains, The slopes (serpentine) can be reached by foot in a few minutes. The ski locker is a plus. David's team is efficient and friendly. We had forgotten Lego mini figures in the apartment, they kindly picked them up and sent them to us in the mail!

25% on booking & balance due 30 days before check-in- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
