Beautiful flat near the slopes and shops, sleeps 4, south facing balcony with views of the slopes and surrounding mountains.

The space

Flat C8 is superbly located in the heart of the village of Chinaillon between the ski slopes and the main street of the village, in the building Les Pistes du Soleil C, built in 2002.
This flat sleeps a maximum of 4 people; ideal for a couple with two children.
The flat consists of a bedroom with a double bed, and a mountain corner with a bunk bed. The main room has a kitchenette, a dining area and a sitting area. The bathroom has a washing machine. The toilet is separate.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, fridge and dishwasher. In addition to a full range of crockery and cooking utensils, there is also a toaster, coffee machine and raclette machine. The dining room and living room are equipped for 4 people. You have access to a large balcony which faces south and the ski slopes, and is equipped with a garden table and chairs.
It has underfloor heating and convector heaters in every room.
There is a ski locker accessible from inside the building as well as a private garage in the undergroiund car park.
The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). A cot and high chair are available too.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included, but the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, bins taken out, dishwasher emptied etc...)
Wifi is available on request for an extra charge via a 4G dongle.

Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Extremely well placed housing. Bright, across the slopes and with a balcony, this home is functional and pleasant. The residence is clean and recent, the parking and ski locker are appreciated. I recommend it. The only small downside is that you feel that it's not inhabited, that it's a chain of tenants, the kettle and washing machine were non-functional but no one had noticed it before me. That said, the team is responsive to feedback.
