This cozy 38m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, making it perfect for a couple with two children.
It features one bedroom with a double bed and a mountain alcove with bunk beds. The main living area includes an open-plan kitchen, dining space, and lounge. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, and the toilet is separate.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You'll also find a full range of kitchenware, plus a toaster, coffee maker, and raclette machine. The dining and living areas are comfortably set up for 4 guests.
A large south-facing balcony with a table and garden chairs offers beautiful views of the slopes, perfect for enjoying sunny moments in both winter and summer.
The apartment has underfloor heating and electric radiators in every room for your comfort.
A ski locker is accessible from inside the building, and a private closed garage (box) is also included.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, and bath mats are included, and beds are made on arrival. A baby bed and high chair are also available on request.
Final cleaning is included, though the apartment must be left in a reasonably clean state (beds unmade, bins emptied, dishwasher cleared, etc.).
Wi-Fi is available on request for €50 per week.

Extremely well placed housing. Bright, across the slopes and with a balcony, this home is functional and pleasant. The residence is clean and recent, the parking and ski locker are appreciated. I recommend it. The only small downside is that you feel that it's not inhabited, that it's a chain of tenants, the kettle and washing machine were non-functional but no one had noticed it before me. That said, the team is responsive to feedback.

- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
