We had a wonderful week in this very pleasant and cosy apartment, which offers a magnificent view of the peaks from the living room or the balcony, which is very nice due to its size. The apartment is very well equipped and the garage space is a real bonus. Communication with the Cocoonr agency was simple, clear and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.

Living room that can be small for 7 people. Beautiful terrace Access to the basement garage is a plus The staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom is a bit steep. Quiet building during our stay. we had a nice stay.

We felt like we were staying with a friend, which was very pleasant. The flat was very cosy, with everything we needed and close to the slopes. We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment very well located in a small chalet-type residence. A big plus for the terrace and the magnificent view of the mountains. The accommodation is located between Le Grand Bornand and Chinaillon, 2 villages with a lot of shops. We will gladly return to this very quiet and well-equipped apartment. Just a shame the arrival cleaning left something to be desired (crumbs and hair on the floor, a lot of dust under the beds) but bathroom, bedding and toilet clean. Excellent welcome from the agency, which was always responsive and welcomed us.

We stayed with 5 adults and a child in this accommodation and everything went well: it is well located near the slopes (ideal for going down the little ones for ski lessons in the Charmieux), quiet and peaceful environment, mega terrace that must be even more appreciated in summer! Very complete accommodation and having everything to have a good stay (small downside to the dishwasher that did not always work, faucet leaking in the bathroom) but it does not taint the great value for money! Many bedrooms, the two bathrooms are very nice, functional kitchen and cozy living room although a little small! We will be back! ❤️

Very pleasant and comfortable flat with a magnificent balcony The agency responsible for reception is very friendly. A short path leads to the shops in Le Chinaillon, which can be reached in 10–15 minutes. A few minor criticisms regarding the apartment’s facilities: no Wi-Fi, old and damaged Tefal pans, and no proper clothes dryer on site (although the agency told me the day before we left that we could have simply called them to get one). I would still recommend this rental, though, because the flat is very nice.

We had a wonderful stay in this extremely well-located and quiet apartment. The evening sun on the terrace was very pleasant. Special thanks to Mélanie for her welcome and hospitality. We would highly recommend this apartment
