Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 43 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four good bedrooms and three bathrooms (with bath or shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we are waiting for you!

First floor:
- A large 43 m² living room with sofa and wood-burning stove opening onto an open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (180x200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- A bathroom (with bath), washing machine and tumble dryer
- A 13 m² balcony

Upstairs, on the mezzanine :
- TV area with sofa
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the parking space available in the basement. A 30 m² garage with two spaces and a space outside are also available.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Annecy station 30 km away (approximately 35 minutes). A shuttle bus is available 300 m from the flat.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport, 70 km away (approx. 1 hour).

this accommodation is very pleasant, enough space for 10 people, the living room and the balcony are very bright and soothing. close to shops and the shuttle for the Grand Bornand cable car. I recommend it!

very nice apartment, consistent with the description. close to shops and close to the free shuttle (to be preferred because it is difficult to park in La Clusaz)

Apartment in accordance with the photos, modern, well equipped, ideal for a weekend with friends or a large family. The two parking spaces in the basement are a plus. Very well located between the resorts of Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, accessible by car or via the free shuttles. Only downside, that the bed linen and towels are not included.

We liked the apartment very much, great cut, great facilities and very well maintained. Many thanks to the owner, we would be happy to come back to the apartment at any time. The check-in process via Agence Cocoonr, on the other hand, was harassment. We could not check in at the time specified by Airbnb (from 4 pm) but only between 5-8 pm and then only by specifying and adhering (!) to the exact time, since an employee would instruct us personally incl. Threat of extra costs in the event of delay on our part. But the fact was a Whats App at 5 pm with an access code, nobody came by in person. So why did we have to wait 30 minutes in the cold, including the stress of having to be there on time after a 4-hour drive? We only learned some details about the apartment on request (e.g., the associated garage) because there was no description. Our recommendation: Switch to self-check-in to avoid stress on arrival from 4 pm incl. detailed welcome description.

Pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment, well equipped and very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints! When we arrived everything was very clean and tidy. The welcome by Christophe was perfect, very friendly with an adaptation to our schedules. The garage was very convenient for storing bikes. 100% recommended
