The apartment is super central, perfect for the slopes, shopping, restaurants,... The description of the apartment was impeccable, we found everything right away. The agency has always responded very quickly to our concerns. We found the apartment in a very clean condition. The apartment is smaller than it appears in the photos, especially the master bedroom. It has everything in the apartment that you need. For us, a bit too much of a good thing, so that we hardly had space to deposit anything of our own, such as food, shoes or luggage. The absolute negative experience at this apartment is the permanent smell of sewage. This rises from the parents' bath/shower and from the entrance cabinets. The problem seems to have existed for a long time, because air fresheners are deposited everywhere. The agency blamed our complaint on our shoes... What a shame. From our point of view, this is a building maintenance problem that absolutely must be addressed.

Ideally located accommodation in the heart of the resort and with almost direct access to the slopes. Very well equipped, comfortable and ideal with its outbuildings. Warning Apartment in large residence however the latter lacks service. The steps of the outside stairs were not cleared of snow so slippery as well as the ramp to access the basement, vehicles blocked. A room overlooking the road, quite noisy early in the morning with the snow removal machines, but at least we have snow😉. Pay attention to the window of the large bay window that closes on its own at times to avoid freezing on the balcony. Accommodation to recommend and to return to despite everything.

We spent 2 weeks at Chinaillon. We really enjoyed the apartment: its location is ideal , close to shops, the tourist office and hiking departures! Plus, the balcony is large so you can eat there. Thanks for your hospitality! We recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment: ideal location, great views of the mountains, top amenities ( it has absolutely everything you need) and everything is designed to optimize the space. Very comfortable and cozy. Agency services: too little information. We had to run after all the information that should have been communicated before or at the time of our arrival in order to facilitate our installation after a 6-hour drive with two young children: entrance to the residence: entrance to the residence, parking space number, ski locker number, wifi codes.... extremely cold apartment and no exchange before departure. Despite these inconveniences we had a very nice week and recommend this apartment

Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need during your stay and very well located to access the ski slopes. The only downside would be the lack of space to put the suitcase but we managed. We can't have everything. We still enjoyed having a sofa and 2 armchairs to sit in the living room, not to mention the many amenities. What was also appreciated was the responsiveness and availability of David and his colleague from the pre-booking to the reception and throughout the stay if necessary. I was going to forget: beautiful views of the slopes from the large balcony. Well worth a day trip! Thanks for everything
