This apartment has been furnished and equipped with great care and attention to detail. The high ceilings also contribute to the apartment's uniqueness. Thanks to the excellent location, you can easily explore the city and its surroundings on foot, stroll through the colorful little streets and enjoy the beach and sea.

The apartment:

The 54sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, as in almost all buildings in the old town.

Living room:

The living room is spacious and equipped with a large dining table (seats 6 people), a large TV , which is mounted on the wall and can be adjusted individually and a sofa bed (140x190cm: If you have booked for 3 or 4 people but want to have the Sofa beds prepared then 25€ are to be paid upon arrival).

Kitchen:

The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 burners), oven, microwave, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle. There are also a number of different kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1:

- this Master bedroom is located next to the living room and is equipped with a king size bed (160x200cm), a sitting sofa and a closet with curtain.

- ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

Bedroom 2:

- 1 King size, 160x200cm.

- open closet and direct access to the second bathroom.

Bathrooms:

- 1st bathroom is located in the hallway and has a large shower, a sink with 2 drawers underneath and a toilet

- 2nd bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom and has a shower, a sink with 2 drawers underneath, a toilet and a washing machine

- All of our properties are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

We had a great stay here. Location is the best—right in the middle of the old town, so easy to walk to restaurants, beach, tram, shopping, etc.

Hanna was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive when I would reach out with questions. Her place is in the heart of old town. Lots of restaurants and shopping and very close to public transportation. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities needed to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this two-bedroom apartment in Nice Old Town. Hanna was an excellent host; friendly, flexible, and full of great recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to see. Communication was smooth throughout. The beds were large and very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the generous blankets. The layout worked perfectly for two couples. Highly recommended!
