Our family of 4 (son 20, daughter 24) has a great stay for 5 nights. The hosts (Hanna and Salma) are very responsive and flexible. The even let my son check in early so he has a place to hang out while we reached. A chat group was set up by hosts to communicate throughout the trip. Their place was clean and as described. Location was great, close to beach and restaurants and we felt very safe at all times. Will certainly book again if we visit Nice again.

It was a very, very clean apartment. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness. It's close to the beach, the station, and the main street. The location is nice, so it's all within walking distance. There was a supermarket in front of apart, so it was convenient. Hanna and Nona were very friendly, and let's have good memories in Nice. I would like to stay in Nice again next time I visit there. Merci!

We visited Nice in February 2026, and spent 4 nights in the apartment. There are two real rooms with a double bed in each and two well-functioning bathrooms. There is a nice walk-in closet with plenty of hanger space and storage. There is a supermarket diagonally opposite the apartment, which is also nice and close to the beach, promenade and city center. We ate breakfast in the apartment which was well equipped. The apartment is heated but the living room was a little cool on the very windy days while we were there. The entrance to the building is a bit older to look at, but there is a small, well-functioning elevator. There was renovation of the courtyard in the property while we were there, so the curtains in the rooms were drawn during our stay.

Hanna was an outstanding host--she and her colleagues communicated regularly from the start and had excellent restaurant and activity recommendations. Hanna met us on arrival--she was super friendly and gave us a quick, helpful tour of the apartment. It was the perfect space for a family of 4 over New Year's--nicely renovated living space, quiet building and street (at least in December). 2 blocks from the beach and Promenade des Anglais, just between a residential and more touristy area. Easy walk to the old city (20 min) and the train station (15 min)--we did day trips along the amazingly beautiful coast without a car. The balcony is cozy but perfect for breakfast with a view of a bit of the Mediterranean down the block. Kitchen is well-appointed and dryer was a nice bonus. Wide range of cuisines in easy walking distance. We would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Nice!

Hanna’s place was very close to the Old Town, Promenade, and the train station as well. The place itself was clean and highly accessible and squeaky clean, kudos to Hanna for that. The only reason why I am rating this at 4/5 is because I really wanted to have a balcony view but the fact that the balcony is not available for use was not told to us and it felt a bit misleading. There is construction happening outside the building but it didn’t bother us at all. The building is a bit old and the elevator is a bit cramped but they’re functional and the apartment itself is pretty good given the location and all the amenities available.

We had a wonderful time in Nice (and the surrounding area)! We especially enjoyed our apartment and loved our host, Hanna. The location was amazing: the place was two blocks from the beach, with shops and restaurants for everything we needed. Most days we explored the surrounding area (Eze, Monaco, Menton, Villefranche-sure-mer, etc) and then spent the late afternoon, evening in Nice...site seeing, swimming, and eating in great restaurants. Parking was easy...nice public lot 5 minutes up the street. Apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Hanna was incredible...thoughtful, flexible and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hanna was super proactive in our booking. Met and and helped us get all situated. This place actually looks exactly like the listing photos. The air conditioning was amazing in this apartment. Super clean, washer and dryer worked well. I would definitely stay here again. Usually my got to for a 5 star……would I stay here again?? Heck yes.

Amazing Airbnb. Apartment was perfect for our stay with 2 adults, 2 kids. Our clothes didn’t last long in the hot and humid conditions outside so the washer and dryer in unit was convenient. Having 2 full modern bathrooms was great, kitchen was large and well stocked, and the apt even had beach accessories that we used. Perfect location for great restaurants and the beach. Would definitely return here.

Did not feel safe. Manager would enter apartment when we were not there. She would text that she was coming over to change a garbage can..or other stupid excuses. We would wait for hours...then minutes after we left the apartment...she would text that she arrived and entered with her key....it was very odd. Had to take our valuables every time we left the apartment. Had to put chair up against the door at night ..afraid she might come in while we were sleeping. On the first day she told me she had keys to the apartment and that it was her right to visit anytime. I expressed how uncomfortable I was with her entering the home when we were not there but that did not matter...she repeated that it was her right to enter anytime. I reported the issue with Airbnb and the case was closed with no explanation. I would NOT recommend staying here. Awful experience. Unsafe. The price we paid was also exaggerated the pictures were nicer than in real life.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment during our stay in Nice. The location is perfect - 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the beach which worked out well for what we were doing during our trip. Many restaurants and convenient shopping nearby - we ate at several spots within a 5-10 min walk. About 20 min from old Nice. We felt very at home and comfortable in the apartment. We were staying there with another couple and felt like everyone had the room and privacy they needed. Hanna provided 2 sets of keys which also provided us flexibility to come and go and do separate activities. Very cute balcony which has a view of the ocean is a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Oh my goodness- what an AMAZING gem in the heart of Nice!! We absolutely adored staying in Hanna's place. It was incredibly homey, accessible, comfortable, and clean. We had two couples stay here and it was more than enough room for all of us. Being at the end of our trip, we welcomed the use of a washer AND dryer before we headed back home. The balcony was beautiful and gives guests a direct view of the beach- we spent every morning out there before heading out for the day. Lovely additions, as well, such as a welcoming bottle of rose and beach towels. There was some noise from the upstairs tenant/family, as other guests have described, but we didn't notice it too much, and the positives of this place far outweighed the upstairs noise. Thank you, Hanna!!

This place was not a good fit for our family. I wouldn’t stay here again. Cons: the elevator was broken and per a review in July, it has been broken for months. This was not communicated to us and the elevator is still listed as an available amenity. We traveled with a 2 year old and an 80 year old and this made our trip much harder. Thankfully, Hannah gave us a partial refund. The upstairs neighbors (as mentioned in other reviews) are constantly loud. It was impossible to get any rest during the day or night as they have 3 active children that always seemed to be jumping. The apartment has been remodeled, but the building is VERY old and badly maintained. For days the building smelled like a dump. The stairs are sloping down and poorly lit. Pros: Hannah is very responsive. When we accidentally locked ourselves out she had a locksmith arrive in less than an hour to help. Good for groups and the linens are high quality. Walking distance to promenade and center.

Would highly recommend Hanna’s place! Location - 2 blocks to the beach and walkable to old town while being in a nice neighborhood. Hanna was great to communicate with prior to our arrival - providing many recommendations for restaurants and other activities. Upon our arrival in Nice, she was flexible and met us at the apartment. Unit was very clean and she even provided a welcome bottle of wine. Beach towels and umbrellas were available as well. Very few negatives and trivial - remodeling in building behind us was ongoing during the day and you could hear the workers…but we were gone for the most part. Overall - quite clean, great location and Hanna is an excellent host!

This apartment is in an amazing location, everything is close by, the neighbourhood is lovely and the beach clubs are close. The best thing nearby is the boulangerie called Bio Brod. The apartment has all the amenities you need and the balcony is lovely for an evening drink. The hosts were super responsive but unfortunately the noise from the apartments above is pretty crazy — it is extremely loud throughout the day and into the early hours of the morning so sleeping was really difficult. I really hope the hosts can fix this for future (I know they are trying), as it’s a shame for what is otherwise a great apartment.

We had a great week and it felt like home for our family of 4. A couple of blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the main pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants. Plus great pizza, food, pharmacy and small grocery store at our doorstep. Hanna was very responsive. The apartment had everything we needed. There was an issue with noise from the unit above and Hanna addressed it right away. Thanks for a great week!

Our family of 4 had a great experience! Hanna's place was in an amazing location - close to everything including the beach, restaurants, and all the attractions. A well-stocked grocery store was just across the street. It was very clean and the A/C worked well. Hanna was an excellent communicator and was super responsive to any of our queries. We had such a great experience! The apartment was the perfect location, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shopping, and the beach. For being a busy area, it was quiet at night to ensure good sleep. We were so grateful to have umbrellas and beach towels provided. The air conditioning was our favorite part in the summer heat!! It was a comfortable place to stay near the beach in Nice. The location is good and close to restaurants and shopping. Hanna was very helpful and made the check in easy. The elevator is not currently in service but it was only one flight of stairs, so it was not an issue. It’s a very nice apartment and we would stay here again.

Hanna coordinated with us before our stay and stayed in touch throughout - even sending us the severe weather warnings from the French government! She let us to drop our luggage before our official check-in time, while the apartment was still being cleaned (we were very grateful !). Hanna had great restaurant recommendations. The apartment is on the second floor with manageable steps, but there is also a (very tiny) lift that is helpful for luggage. Families with children live in the building, but except for a few kids running across the upper floor on one occasion, we could not hear them. The common areas were dark, but Hanna had already contacted the building manager to improve the common lighting. Apartment itself is light and airy. The balcony is small but great for people -watching in the evening with a glass of wine. But the best part is the location- everything we needed was walkable, including a full grocery store across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Flat in an excellent position a few minutes stroll to the seafront and less than 15 minutes to the railway station. It is in an area with plenty restaurants, bread shops and there is a small supermarket across the road. The flat itself has 2 excellent bedrooms and bathrooms and has a very well equiped kitchen with all the electrical appliances you require and also has very good air conditioning. A great place to stay when visiting Nice.

Hanna was great. She communicated with us upon arrival in Nice, and met us at check-in to show us the apartment and make sure we were all set. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and Promenade de Anglais for cool evening strolls. We did multiple day trips to the surrounding area, and the apartment is a short walk to the train station. Really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the apartment, and both were easy to use. The elevator in the building was a little finicky at times, but was very helpful in moving bags upstairs. Building was very quiet during our stay and didn't hear any noise during our stay. Everything was clean and functional. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

I stayed here with my three teenagers. We loved the place, 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room with a door that closes. The space was very clean, new linens and furniture. It had great AC, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is in a safe location, walkable to the beach, walkable from the train but not too close to it. We loved the restaurants in the area and went to different coffee / breakfast places nearby each day. The host was responsive and met us to check in. The locks to the doors are very secure. The hallway and two flights up to the apartment is narrow and dark but inside is wonderful. There is an elevator if needed which we used for our bags. I would recommend staying here for the location and great space.

Hanna was terrific! The apartment was exactly as described; it was comfortable, clean and located in an area with ample restaurants, a grocery store across the street and an easy walk to the promenade and Old Town. The train station was about a 10-15min walk and the tram was 5min. The apartment has a washer AND dryer and an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggage up the narrow staircase. Beautiful apartment, perfectly situated walking distance from the beach and the city center - yet, in a calm street. Great size apartment for family of 5 with small children, with all the amenities that you need. Beautiful decor, still practical (sometimes with kids it can be stressful with too many fragile objects). Hanna did a fantastic job helping us before and upon arrival, arranging transportation and handling check-in. Everything in the apartment was functional, all items you could possibly need available (including beach towels). I highly recommend this place!

The place is very clean in a good location. The host was responsive during our stay. The dryer is broken so you have to hang dry your clothes. We were not aware of the extra charge of the linen for the sofa bed in the living room prior to our check-in. We opted not to use it. The host offered a bottle of free wine which is nice. However my kid spilled it and stained the bedsheets. We offered to reimburse the host. So be careful while you enjoy the French wine.

I contacted the host just before I arrived!In the end, we still couldn't find the host when we arrived. And we had to pay an extra €20 late fee for this level of service?!We still recommend switching to self-check-in!Even when we checked out, they kept making things difficult and stalling, asking us to take out the rubbish and throw things away… I thought we hadn't paid the cleaning fee!?

The only ugly thing is the entrance door to the building and the hallway (common spaces), but when you enter the apartment it is something else entirely. We had an excellent stay at the apartment (two adults and a toddler). Clean, modern and well stocked with all we needed. Good location with easy access to seafront, old town and train station. Tram stop to airport less than 10 minute walk. City supermarket opposite. Check in and out was easy. Lift/elevator in building but unfortunately our floor access was broken when we stayed. Tip…we had a lovely take out (twice) from Chef Eric Lemen whose deli is directly opposite.

The location is perfect, two mins from the beach and 10 mins from the train station. Unfortunately the lift didn't stop on the floor, we had to climb down a floor. What I appreciated most was the effort made to make the stay as comfortable as possible from the big things to even the smallest things like providing coffee, dish tablets and washing mashing tablets so we didn’t have to run out and buy a whole bag just to use 2. The entire stay made us feel like our comfort and leisure was their number 1 concern and priority

Very nice and modern apartment with all amenities. Clean and neat everywhere. Air conditioning in all rooms that worked great. Perfect with 2 bathrooms when you are family. The location was also perfect with 3 min to walk to the promenade and beach. Carefour groceries close by were very convenient. We also enjoyed the small balcony with a glass of wine in the evenings. Great communication with Hanna who greeted us when we arrived. When we arrived early she arranged so we had to put in the luggage in anticipation that the apartment was prepared for us. The only minus we experienced during our stay was that unfortunately there was listening between the floors so that noise from the apartment above made it difficult to sleep. It sounded like the family staying over was awake at night (!) and the kids ran back and forth for hours. We stayed for 11 nights and it was like that every night.

The apartment was clean and well appointed and in just the right location, as described online. Hanna was very helpful and communicated well using WhatsApp. We were late due to a cancelled flight but Hanna was able to accommodate us, even with some additional shopping (Thank you). Since the apartment was just away from the seafront we weren't disturbed by the noise of bars and restaurants on the sea front. One thing I forgot to bring was shower gel. The apartment seemed slightly larger than it appeared on the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay in 20 Meyerbeer. (June 2022)

Extremely spacious and well equipped two-bedroom home. It was very nice to also have two bathrooms. We found everything we needed including more than enough linens. Also appreciated the bottle of wine we received at check-in. My favorite part was the little balcony. When we were home, we'd have the window doors open and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. Location was very convenient, walking distance to the main train station, walkable to old town and the main square, and of course to the Promenade des Anglais. The Carrefour is steps away as well as a boulangerie and plenty of takeaway options. The wifi worked well. Also there's a small lift if climbing two flights of steps is any issue. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was such an incredible experience staying here! We were met by Hanna who brought us around the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. We were given incredible recommendations for places and restaurants. The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean and perfect location. We will definitley be staying here next time we are in Nice!
