Great location, very clear instructions. The only problem was the sliding door on the large dresser came off its track. It should be fixed to avoid a safety issue. Everything else was great.

We had a great stay in Nice! The apartment was very big, spacious and clean. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room; it never felt crowded. The best part was the location - only a few blocks to the beach (you can see it from the balcony!) and very close to the main walkable street with shops, restaurants, etc. One of the best pastry shops was on the corner, so we had fresh pastries every morning! The hosts were so friendly and responsive as well. The only drawback was that two of the beds were really uncomfortable to sleep in - one was a sofa bed and the other was more of a day bed with a thin mat, rather than a mattress. We were there for 8 nights, so it was tough for that many nights, but might be okay for shorter stays. Other than that, I would highly recommend!

Very clean apartment; family friendly. 5 mins walk to beach, right behind top class restaurants and coffee shops. Comfortable beds, Air Conditioner was really helpful for sleeping. well furnished and a big kitchen, dining and open living room. 15 mins walk from niceville train station. Extremely convenient location. walkable from all majir attractions and from old town. Hana has let us checked in a few hours early as well as our flight arrived in the afternoon and that was very helpful. highly recommend specially for a bigger family or a large group of 5-6 people.

Vincent’s place was HUGE (definitely recommend for those that have a lot of luggage). We really appreciated the responsiveness of the host. They went above and beyond when we needed to arrive a bit later than expected and allowed us to store luggage on our last day due to a later flight. Would definitely recommend

Hanna was perfect! She met us at the address, helped my family and I inside, showed us everything and set us up for a great stay even sending us recommendations and directions to the local grocer. The apartment was spacious and clean. Perfect for my family of 5. The separate toilet and 2 bathrooms was a bonus on our stay. Walking distance to restaurants, Pâtisserie, shops, beach, beach clubs and the casino too. Our stay was very enjoyable, we cannot wait to visit Nice again and stay in this beautiful apartment. Thank you Hanna and team!

great location! close to beach and old city. abt 10 min walk to railway station. the building and area feel safe. rooms bigger and nicer than the picture shows. and quiet. easy communication. worth recommendation. one reminder, though end Oct, mosquitoes still fierce, need plug-in repellent in bedroom.

Apprtement is very conveniently located near the old center and beach. It is well appointed, clean and very spacious for four adults. Vincent and Hanah are very friendly and helpful and respond directly to texts. We will definitely be back.

We loved this air bnb!! Great location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The hosts went above and beyond for us. They were very accommodating with check-in, gave us recommendations before we even needed to ask, helped us set up the olympics on the TV, and helped with anything we needed. The AC was a great plus too!

Fantastic place to stay in Nice. The apartment is huge- lots of living space - and has beautiful light. The location is unbeatable- a block from the main shopping street, two blocks from the beach. Everything was super convenient. The apartment had loads of space for the 5 of us. We had a lot of luggage as we were there to bike the mountains around Nice, but had plenty of room. It’s very cute and well appointed with nice but not kitschy artifacts from Mexico. Hanna, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a train out of Nice to Avignon on our day of departure and had to return bikes that morning. She shifted the cleaning schedule for us and we were able to make the timing work. She is super smart and efficient and made our stay even better. I highly recommend Casa Latina for your stay in Nice. The location can’t be beat and the apartment is really lovely.

Great Location. Every thing is at a walking distance. we could get to almost all the tourist locations on foot. no need for and bus or Trains. The Entire apartment was clean and tidy with every thing well stocked.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, close to the old town, right by the beach, lots of great places to eat nearby and close to public transport links. The apartment itself is lovely, plenty of space, well stocked and spotlessly clean on arrival. Hanna was fantastic making us feel welcome on arrival and so accommodating, very responsive to any requests.

We - five of us; three adults, two children including one child in a wheelchair - had a fantastic time staying at Vincent’s apartment. During booking, Vincent’s communication was superb. He took measurements to ensure the lift in the properly would fit our daughter’s wheelchair. Upon arrival, Hanna (the property manager) helped arrange airport pickup and met us at the apartment to help us settle in. Hanna was always available throughout our stay for any issues, and made helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The location of the apartment is brilliant, within easy walking distance of almost everything you might need or want to see. For us, this was the perfect place to stay for our trip.

We wouldn’t stay here again. The home is lovely, well situated and spacious, but the electricity was unreliable and as a result I thought the home was overpriced. The owner uses a third party property manager named Hanna, and I’ll echo previous guest feedback and praise her responsiveness and willingness to help and solve problems. She’s fantastic.

We had a great stay at the apartment, located just within 5 mins walking to the beach and literally 2 mins walking to shops and restaurants. It had everything you need in the kitchen, which is amazing. Apartment was spacious enough for 5 of us and has high ceiling which we really liked. Also Vincent has a very beautiful collection of home decor & house hold items. We definitely will come back next year and recommend to anyone who would like to stay.

We never really had any contact with Vincent. Instead it was Hanna that managed the whole process. She did that in an awesome way. She really put in an effort so that we should be comfortable. She was very flexible an easy to communicate with. If you have an apartment in Nice that you want to rent out, but don`t really have the time to manage it - I would with great conviction recommend Hanna Hess Property Management Services.

Vincent’s apartment is a wonderful place! The location is perfect which in a walking distance from beach, old town and the train station. The apartment is well appointed, and everything was consistent with the description and even better. There is an amazing view in the apartment, you can see the sea from the balcony. Good communication with Vincent and his partner Hanna. They always prompt reply. Hanna welcomed us at the apartment, showing us anything we need and giving us a few tips about the place and the area. Vincent even prepare wines to welcome us. We have a great stay at the Vincent’s apartment in Nice. We truly recommend the apartment and the host to everyone! That was a pleasure to stay there and we would definitely choose this place for in Nice again! Thank you Vincent for everything! It was the best Airbnb experience that we had and the best host we meet.

Location is fantastic, so close to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes along Place Massena. The apartment is very spacious and bright, just as pictured. The kitchen is very well equipped, better than the average Airbnb. The main bedroom was comfortable, although the beds in the two smaller rooms much less so, and all of the bed pillows should be upgraded. I also would recommend a few more pillows for the couch. Those are the only minor reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would recommend it highly.

We were warmly welcomed by Vincent in this very centrally located apartment and we were shown everything. Vincent is very nice and friendly. The apartment is within walking distance only a few meters from the city center, bus and train, as well as the coastal promenade and thus perfect to discover everything from here. We lacked nothing, the apartment was equipped with everything you could ever need. The apartment also offers plenty of space and the pictures show the apartment exactly as it is. If we come to Nice again, we'd love to come back to Vincent :)

Lovely clean apartment very close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Its is easy walking distance to the sncf train Station and the tram station to the airport. Vincent was a great host, answering questions very quickly. He waited to meet us on the day of arrival and allowed a few extra hours in the apartment to accommodate for our flight on the day of departure.

We have spent almost a week in Nice at the Vincent's apartment and it was a great stay there! Everything in the apartment was consistent with the description and even better. The place was clean and cosy with a good air conditioning in every room. Contact with Vincent was very good, he was always helpful and nice, welcomed us at the apartment and explained everything. The location was also perfect, close to the sea and the train station. We can truly recommend the apartment and the host to everyone! That was a pleasure to stay there and we would definitely choose this place for in Nice again!

We had an amazing stay in this very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. The air con in every room was great. Location was excellent, 5 mins walk from Promenade des Anglais and 15 min walk from rail station. Communication with the host was excellent - resolved any issues we had immediately. We would definately stay here again next time we are in Nice.

Vincents apartment is an amazing place! It was the best airbnb experience we had. Vincent welcomed us warmly and showed everything. The place is in a walking distance from beach, old town and everything else you need. The apartment is accommodated with every essential needed and has air conditioner in every room which is a must and a lifesaver for Nice in summer.
