The spacious living room is bright thanks to its large windows. It is air-conditioned. It's the ideal place to relax, eat or have a drink together.
From the living room you have access to the balcony.
Kitchen:
The modern, brand-new kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is located in the living room.

All rooms have just been renovated + we've put a lot of effort into the layout + decoration to make you feel perfectly at home.

- All of our properties are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.
- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).
- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)
Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.
We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

The beds are super comfy. If you need a King bed (sized like in the USA) like we do, then note that the beds are King size according to European standards. This makes them about the size of a Queen bed in the USA. We slept great on them…super comfy. Air conditioning worked great and in every room including bedrooms. The location was superb if you like going to the old town, promenade, Place Messena or almost anywhere! As others noted, the building is a little sketchy and you enter from an alley but we never felt unsafe. The apartment is beautiful. It was worth every penny for the great walkable location. It was nice having the elevator too. They had 2 outlet converters which was nice. There was shampoo and laundry detergent too. We highly recommend it to others!

Hanna’s place has great location. You are just few steps from the beach, old town, tram. Where ever I wanted to go I felt I’m centrally located. Apartment was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay. I would make only one comment for people coming from US. Beds are listed as king (160x200 cm) but they were definitely smaller from my king bed. I checked and US size is (193x203 cm). However they were very comfortable.

Despite frequent travels to Europe, and France specifically, this was our first time using an AirBnB unit overseas. I did quite a bit of research on everything one typically does: location, cost, reading reviews, and comparing it all to hotels. Frankly, when it came down to it, the value in getting a clean, 2-bedroom apartment, with a kitchen, and a washing machine for our family, versus spending twice as much for a much smaller hotel room, was worth it. Hanna and her team were great hosts and the communication leading to the check-in was great and allayed any worries I had over an overseas rental. We were greeted at the entrance, given instructions, and given a tour of the apartment. Hanna was incredibly responsive to any questions and concerns and checked in to make sure we were doing well. The location to the Promenade, beach, Vieux Ville, and train station could not be beat. A cute boulangerie right outside, along with cafes made breakfast to start the day super easy.

We received a very warm welcome in a property that met our expectations. Its location is excellent, just a few metres from the Coulée Verte, Vieux Nice and Place Masséna. Our hosts were helpful and attentive to our requests, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to them.

With the general propagation of bedbugs in many countries, we want to reassure our tenants/guests that we do everything to keep our rental properties bugfree. The tenant/ guest acknowledges that the Owner/House Manager has inspected the Premises of any rodents, bed bugs or other infestations according to good knowledge and conscience. The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment. The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
