We are pleased to present this fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment "Amalfi", located in a small, discreet alley in the Jean-Médécin district, one of Nice's liveliest and most emblematic areas.

The apartment:

This 45m2 property has 2 bedrooms, all air-conditioned + with balcony access and 1 bathroom and is located on the 2nd floor with elevator.

Living room:

The spacious living room is bright thanks to its large windows. It is air-conditioned. It's the ideal place to relax, eat or have a drink together.
From the living room you have access to the balcony.

Kitchen:

The modern, brand-new kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is located in the living room.

Bedrooms:

All rooms have just been renovated + we've put a lot of effort into the layout + decoration to make you feel perfectly at home.

Bedroom 1:

- 1 King size bed ( 160x200cm)

Bedroom 2:

Bathroom:

Enjoy one fully renovated bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer and toilet.

I, Hanna, will welcome you and show you around the apartment. I will also be happy to give you tips about the area and Nice and my recommendations for you (-: Also during your stay I will be there for you if you have any questions.

- All of our properties are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.

- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).

- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.

- Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)
Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.
We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).

- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

After a very disappointing experience at another Airbnb, we booked this apartment last minute and it completely turned our trip around. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free. The host was responsive and accommodating, and the apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was such a relief to find a place that truly delivered on its promises and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our time in Nice. The tenant/guest ensures that all personal property brought into the apartment is free of pests. The tenant must maintain the property reasonably neat and clean to avoid any infestation of pests. The tenant/guest must immediately inform the landlord/manager of any pest infestation and cooperate with all necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, the tenant/guest must make appropriate arrangements in the rented premises, in accordance with the owner/manager's instructions for treatment. The Owner/Manager excludes all liability, such as direct and indirect damages, losses, damages and costs that the Tenant may suffer as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant is advised to insure themselves, if necessary, against such damage in order to protect themselves.
