Okay, so where do I begin? This place is smack dab in the middle of N. I. CE incredible condo flat, the space is pure luxury. We absolutely loved everything about it. The balcony, the beautiful marble, the open space. One thing I will say is, you are right on the French Riviera? Half a block, you can see the water from the balcony, incredible food places right down the street, lovely bars, lovely restaurants, lovely shopping. An absolute gym in the middle of Nic E highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an Airbnb of beautiful statue. And incredible location also, the Lady, we met was absolutely nice. Like, no other, she showed us, everything showed my wife how to get in, get out up down. All around directions, very, very nice woman. Thanks again and we will see you again.

What an excellent apartment in Nice. The hosts responded quickly to my inquiries prior to booking and very quickly during the stay. The location was fantastic. Very walkable to old town and about a mile to the train station. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely book here on my next visit to Nice.

We stayed here as a family of three. Perfect location, nice sea view from the balcony, near restaurants and markets. Everything was very clean. Especially the host Hanna is super, so helpful and nice! Would definitely stay in this place again. Thank you!

What a beautiful apartment! Very well appointed with everything one needs. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated, and all the appliances worked perfectly. Great location one block from the promenade and the ocean, as well as an easy walk to the old town. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops within steps of this apartment. Perfect location and an absolutely wonderful apartment. The staff could not have been nicer. Responses and communications were fast and informative. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment in Nice was just like being at home. A wonderful apartment that was well appointed and with clean and modern fit-out. All amenities worked and were of high quality. Our host, Hanna, was excellent and gave us very good local tips and was super easy to deal with.

Bel Azur was beyond expectation. Jen has equipped the apartment like a home. Every aspect of living space has been considered and provided. The furnishings and decor were elegant, comfortable and welcoming. Beds were super comfy. The apt was very quiet. We enjoyed mornings/evenings on the large balcony with wonderful views over the garden on out to the coast. The location is perfect: close to many restaurants, the promenade, a large grocery 1 block away, rental bikes, and easy short walk to Old Nice. This apartment was just what we where hoping for; plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is equipped w/everything one could need to cook a gourmet meal, and the washer/dryer were a life saver. As long time vacation rental owners, we found Jen's place to exceed our own expectations. The welcome basket was more than thoughtful and much appreciated. Jen's team was always very responsive and helpful. Just a note, the master does not have a WC, but there are 2 available within apt.

We had a fantastic time at Jens place. It’s spacious beautifully designed high quality in every way. Was generally very quiet and peaceful, despite being centrally located in Nice. Totally recommend this place.

The apartment was in an excellent location with a view of the sea as seen in the photos. It was immaculate and fully equipped with everything you need. there was a welcome gift of wine and special snacks waiting for us. The property manager, Hanna was an excellent communicator for check in, she greeted us at the apartment and accommodating for an early check in. she also provided restaurant recommendations. we loved staying in this stylishly decorated apartment and will definitely come back. 5 stars all around!

Absolutely loved being this close to the water, having a patio, and washer/driver. The apt is well stocked with everything you need and Hanna is top-notch! She came at check-in and walked through all important details and had recommendations ready and if I asked. The place was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and would stay again!

Look no further. This is a fabulous apt. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is just far enough away from the “old city” to be away from all the tourists and yet it’s only a 15 min walk. It’s perfect. Jen is a wonderful host, very responsive. Everything was just perfect

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Jen’s place! The location cannot be beat!! We loved walking to the promenade, the beach, cafes and bakeries. It was so easy that everything we needed was a few blocks away. The apartment is stylish and well designed. For our family of four including 2 kids and 2 adults the space worked well. Jen was so easy to communicate with and made check in and check out seamless. We had the best time exploring Nice and the South of France and enjoying Jen’s lovely apartment. We would definitely stay at Jen’s again!!!!

This apartment is the best of the 4 B&Bs we have stayed in during our 18-day European tour. It is clean and tidy, the owner has a good quality of life, it is close to the sea, and it is equipped with beach chairs and sun umbrellas. It is very convenient in all aspects.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was beautifully appointed, with tasteful decor and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better! The apartment is situated in a vibrant, safe neighborhood with a great selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. Jens and Hanna were also wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with anything we needed during our stay. Their thoughtful attention to detail really made a difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice!

This home is one of the best ones we’ve been too. The location is great. Steps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The home had air conditioning which seems to be a rare treat in Europe. It also had a very nice new kitchen and two new bathrooms. We also enjoyed the morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean view. Very nice place. We would definitely book this place again if we come back to Nice. Also Hanna was very responsive and helpful.

Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

Beautiful, large condo within walking distance to the promenade, restaurants, buses and trams. The unit was very clean, quiet and well equipped to cook a homemade dinner. The modern decor was a nice touch. A toilette in the master would have made it 5 stars respect when sharing with another couple. Although we understand older buildings are hard to upgrade. Hanna was a fabulous host who went above and beyond to make us comfortable and we would love to return again.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment! Very clean and updated unit! Walkable to many restaurants. Nice view from the balcony. Hanna is a FANTASTIC host! She can arrange a driver for pickup to and from airport. I highly recommend using the company they use for the driving service! They are excellent and know exactly where to drop you off!

Apartment in a great location! Two minutes walk to Binhai Avenue downstairs, with a wide view, I feel good going out and coming back every day. The apartment is newly renovated, fully furnished and very cozy. The elevator broke down once, thank you very much Hanna for your timely help, you saved us! Thanks again :)

This newly, high-quality renovated apartment is gorgeous, super classy and looks exactly like the photos. It was absolutely spotless & floors were superbly clean too. Beds were super comfy with a choice of pillows depending on what you prefer. Balcony with seating area was lovely too. Air con was super efficient. Hanna was great in her communications- fast responses, really helpful, kind & welcoming. Location was great as you’re a minute away from the promenade. On street parking is a little difficult to find if travelling by car as it’s busy during peak summer times but there is a payable parking, 5 min walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Nice!

We stayed for a week and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is newly renovated, spotless clean, and fully equipped. The beds very comfortable. The place is walking distance to everything- beach, shopping, cafes, restaurants, attractions. The apartment has a small balcony facing the garden and see views. The co-host, Hanna, was amazing. She was very responsive and accommodating. She sent me recommendations for restaurants and attractions. There is no parking, which wasn’t a problem for us. There parking garages close by or street parking. I would definitely rebook the apartment next time.
