In the heart of Nice's Carré d'Or pedestrian zone, between the famous Place Masséna and the famous Hôtel Negresco, and just 5 walking minutes from the Promenade des Anglais, this magnificent 2-room apartment awaits you. Located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator, it benefits from exceptional brightness, and you can watch relaxed the bustle of the pedestrian street from the balcony with a glass of wine.
Entrance: a long hallway leads you into the bright living room with kitchen and balcony.
Living and dining room: The living room has plenty of natural light and offers a cozy place to relax. There is a large flat-screen TV, a high-quality sofa and a table with seating for 4 people. The balcony offers a wonderful sunny place to watch the action on the pedestrian street with a glass of wine. The quality sofa is at the same time a bed, which we can prepare when you have booked for more than 2 people.
Kitchen: The kitchen is modern, functional and very well equipped: Hob, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and even a washing machine have found their place here. The kitchen has a good work surface and a bar table with two stools.
Bedroom: The bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 200cm) has a built-in wardrobe with enough space to store your belongings.
Shower room: The stylish Italian shower offers very good comfort and there is enough space for your cosmetics.
WC: The WC is separate from the shower room.
South-facing: Enjoy the Mediterranean sun almost all day long.

* If you have booked for 2 people but want to have the Sofa Bed prepared then 25€ are to be paid upon arrival.
Please note that there is a step (it's really just a step) to take to access the elevator. We've included a photo of the step in the photo gallery, as well as a photo of the elevator to give you an idea of its size.
Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash, via Credit Card and is due at check-in.

The apartment is very well appointed in a beautiful building with efficient use of a small space, just right for a couple or single person traveling with relatively light luggage. The space is wonderfully located, bright, fully equipped, and surprisingly quiet for being just above an active street. The terrace is a nice perk as well. Enjoyed our stay!

The tenant/traveler acknowledges that the owner/manager of the house has inspected the premises for any rodent, bed bug or other infestation to the best of their knowledge and belief. The tenant/guest ensures that all personal property brought into the apartment is free of pests. The tenant must maintain the property reasonably neat and clean to avoid any infestation of pests. The tenant/guest must immediately inform the landlord/manager of any pest infestation and cooperate with all necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, the tenant/guest must make appropriate arrangements in the rented premises, in accordance with the owner/manager's instructions for treatment. The Owner/Manager excludes all liability, such as direct and indirect damages, losses, damages and costs that the Tenant may suffer as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant is advised to insure themselves, if necessary, against such damage in order to protect themselves.
