Fantastic standalone 5 bed chalet for up to 10 with stunning views towards the Aravis range, close to Le Grand Bornand & Chinaillon resort with free wifi, chimney and all mod cons!
The chalet is situated in the Mont which is between the Chinaillon and the Grand Bornand, so it is approximately 3 kilometre from the foot of the slopes.
The main living area with living room, dining room and kitchen is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished with dishwasher, micro wave and a large selection of crockery and cutlery.
The living area has a fireplace for those cold winter nights (logs are provided)! There is a large flat screen TV with satellite decoder and DVD player. From the living room you have access to a large sized terrace which is a real sun deck in summer and winter with breathtaking views onto the surrounding mountains.
On that same floor you have a bedroom with separate bathroom and WC.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other 2 with single beds. There are 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom, a TV/games room and also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
This chalet has a covered garage for 1 car and ample outside parking for up to 3 cars.
Linen is provided and beds will be made up on your arrival. The chalet is South facing and is close to several hiking trails.
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

One week stay in this chalet with 3 couples and 5 children. The space is great and the cottage is as expected, everything is there and everyone greatly enjoyed the stay. The only negative point, which is completely independent of the hosts, is the location away from the bus. As a result, the car is essential in winter to get to the trackers unfortunately. But otherwise I recommend this rental without a second thought.
