The space
This spacious piste side 3 bedroom apartment has very recently been acquired by the current owners and has been newly decorated & furnished to a high standard.It has all of the amenities one would expect such as a large flat screen TV, broadband internet, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, oven & hob together with more than enough kitchenware for 6 or more people.
Further down the hall you have 3 bedrooms, 1 with a set of bunks & 2 other double room, one of them a queen size. There is a bathtub in the bathroom (also with a shower) and a separate toilet. All of the bedlinen and towels are included in the rental.
In basement area you have a dedicated private ski room where you can leave all the wet gear, skis & boots & where you'll also find a washer & dryer.
Access to either the Gettier or Outalays chairlifts is easy as the ski slopes are only about 150m away. The Gettier is the main RDV point for ski lessons & also for the kids area! It's possible to ski straight back to the apartment if you feel like it!
You have private parking and one of the spaces is indoors which is ideal if it snows!
The shops are within about a 2 min drive or a 10min walk.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

We had a great time in this apartment in a great location, less than 100 meters from the ski slopes. The view is beautiful, not overlooked, and the place is quiet. The proximity to the slopes allowed us to relay to babysit at noon and ski for half a day. The apartment is well appointed for 6 people: we never felt cramped. It is also very well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, raclette, large fridge. The large private cellar is a real plus for storing skis, boots and sleds. Indoor and outdoor parking is convenient. Only small downside: a little dust in the corners, and the samples provided (soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper) are too limited for the stay. On the resort side, there was still good snow in Chinaillon, while in the Grand-Bornand it was already spring. We highly recommend this rental and will be back with pleasure!

We were delighted with our stay. Quiet accommodation, magnificent view, with all appliances, dishes etc. to be able to enjoy the kitchen. A small comment, the sound insulation between the listings in the building is okay, but between the rooms of the accommodation is a little fair. In my opinion, a door is missing between the living room/kitchen and the bedrooms to make it perfect.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
