Keepers Cottage has the best of both worlds. Holiday at your own pace in a self-catering home to call your own, while also having access to the dining, spa, and leisure facilities on your doorstep – situated as you are on the grounds of the Dartmouth Hotel, Golf & Spa. The pool and tennis courts are yours to enjoy. Relax and dine at your leisure preparing your own fine meals to dine around your own table or let the clubhouse chefs do the work for you. The choice is always yours.
Beautifully presented cottage with open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The modern kitchen is well equipped with integrated dishwater, washer/dryer, NEFF oven, fridge, freezer and microwave.
The living area has ample comfortable seating for the whole family and a lovely set of french doors that open down to the courtyard garden (5 steps) - a perfect place for alfresco dining and relaxing after a days exploring.
On the first floor we have 2 good sized en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the bedroom 2 has a 4ft double and a 3ft single bed.
Heating and hot water is supplied by ground source heat pumps.
Outside:
There is a good sized patio area for alfresco dining and relaxing, (accessed via 5 steps down from the living room) with a selection of patio furniture and views of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Dartmouth hotel and Spa Complex
The cottage has full access to the spa and tennis courts. The 18 hole championship golf course is bookable via the hotel and has the most outstanding views. Golf lessons and access to the putting green is also availble for those wishing to improve their skills. The restaurant is only a short walk and you can enjoy a wide menu throughout the day. The spa offers one of the only Rasul treatments in Devon (All information and how to book treatments can be found on the Dartmouth Hotel and Spa website)
Parking:
There is one allocated parking space onsite and there is also additional ample free parking in the main car park. Once parked, its just a two minute walk along a path that runs from the car park up to Keepers Cottage. The cottage can be accessed either via a sloping ramp to the side of the communal lawns or approached via 24 steps up to the front of the cottage.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
