The space

Eagles Nest is a beautifully furnished second-floor duplex apartment located in the heart of Dartmouth, within South Devon's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This stylish retreat comfortably accommodates eight guests, offering a peaceful escape in a prime location.
Upon entering, at first floor level, climb the staircase up to the apartment itself and enter firstly into the open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could want for your stay and where the designated chef can prepare meals for an enjoyable self-catering stay. Across the hallway you will find the inviting lounge featuring two large and very comfy sofas, perfect for snuggling into and unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and to sit back into and watch a movie on the Smart TV and, during the cooler months, enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning stove.

After exploring the local area, freshen up in the en-suite bathroom or the family shower room before choosing which wonderful bedroom to have a restful nights sleep in. Choose from one of four serene and neutrally decorated bedrooms, the master kingsize bedroom with en suite shower room on the second floor or one of the two double bedrooms or a twin bedroom on the third floor.

Parking

The car park pass provided is valid for Mayors Avenue Car Park, a 5-minute walk away (a bit longer on the way back). The permit does not guarantee a parking space, and it can get very busy during the summer and special events, such as the Royal Regatta week (during which the car park is closed).
