The shower room on the ground floor also includes the washer-dryer. The staircase leads to the landing decorated with distinctive art and objéts. Behind is the dining area, which comfortably seats four, leading onto the kitchen space - sleek cabinets, large range-style oven, hob, and dishwasher. Blackpool Sands is the closest beach - a 10-minute drive away.

Delightful location fairly easy to find with the helpful directions provided. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, nicely characterful and well eqiped. Once there using the car is optional because a stroll down to the quay has opportunities for ferry rides to Greenways and Dartmouth and the Ferry Boat Inn with its own friendly idiosyncrasies and nice food.
