The space
Seascape is accessed via the private parking space on Cole's Court. Enter into the private hallway/utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer as well as space for boots and coats. Continue up to the second floor where you get to the front door.Entering the apartment, the two bedrooms are on the right and the main bathroom and additional WC are off to the left. Straight ahead to the front of the apartment where guest will find the open plan living room cleverly built around the angles of the roof, with exposed timbers and the feature triangular window with views of the river, Kingswear and out to sea.
The kitchen area is well-equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge along with breakfast bar seating. The dining area set under the angle of the roof has a modern glass topped table with comfortable seating for 4. The lounge area incorporates the large triangular window providing lots of light and providing a moving river scene backdrop, leather sofa and armchair make this a very comfortable space with TV, DVD and coal effect fire. Patio doors in the far corner provide access to the balcony.
The master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king size bed, built in wardrobes and dressing table. Patio doors provide access to the balcony and offer river views. The second bedroom has a 4'6" bed and is furnished with bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and river glimpses.
The main bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. There is an additional cloakroom cleverly snuck in with toilet and wash basin providing extra facilities for 2 couples sharing.
Outside:
The balcony can be accessed via the lounge or the master bedroom. There is a tall bistro table with seating for 4, the perfect spot for your morning coffee of evening glass of fizz.
Parking:
The private parking space is a good size and will comfortably host a large car.
Availability:
In the peak season, May, June, July and August we need to keep to a Saturday changeover and a minimum stay of 7 nights stay. However, please do contact us with any requests you may have and we will accommodate if possible especially for bookings at late notice.
Out of peak season we don't need to keep to a Saturday changeover and do offer short breaks.

Seascapes must be the best positioned place to stay in Dartmouth. The views are stunning (& addictive!) and on the streets right below are 4 restaurants and an excellent Fish n Chip takeaway, so never very far from food! The apartment was spotless, the bedding professionally laundered, and the (indoor) furniture extremely comfortable! Being on the top floor obviously makes for the stunning views but does result in 3 very small drawbacks; there are A LOT of steps up from the road level. Bear this in mind when you are packing your luggage. My 83 y/o mother made her way up unassisted, but at her own pace. Secondly, the apartment will inevitably get hot in the summer as heat rises from the floors below. Maybe take a fan for sleeping at night, which leads me onto the final point; it’s impossible to sleep with the windows open due to the noise from the seagulls. I bought some earplugs from Boots which helped. But don’t let the above put you off… this is an amazing place to stay. 🤗

We visit Dartmouth at least two or three times a year and we wish we found this apartment earlier !!! Fantastic being able to park right outside the back door, soundproof, quiet, central and the most stunning view ! We will be back time and time again - see you soon x

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
