Perfect place for a great stay on the Côte d’Azur. Air conditioning seems a rarity in this area so we were thrilled to have it at our disposal. Brilliant location, steps from the beach and the regional train line to go anywhere along the coast in next to no time. Very responsive host, and their having a local office was a big plus when we needed to rent beach towels. For a small town, we were pleasantly surprised by the number of quality restaurants, bakeries, cafes, ice cream shops at our disposal. We wanted for nothing. Highly recommend this property and would definitely rent from this management company again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The view of the sea from the balcony is stunning. We enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening while sitting on the deck looking at the entertaining birds flying over the beautiful sea. The Airbnb was very comfortable for us with our young child. There were several delicious restaurants , easy to walk to. Plage des Marinières was easy to walk to and great for a relaxing beach day. The train station is also walkable and easy to figure out and get to other locations like Nice, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Eze and Monaco. One day we even walked back from Beaulieu-sur-Mer in about 40 minutes. Overall, we loved our stay in Villefranche and this amazing Airbnb, highly recommend.

It is a beautiful apartment with amazing views. It is well equipped and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a splendid location.

The whole apt. is great and the view is amazing, but the check in/out procedure is terrible.Before arriving, we got email with 4 pdfs of explaining rules. When you pay 300€/n you’d like to stay careless. They explained how to pick up keys downhill (350m) in their office/restaurant (depending on the time of the day). It was fine that we dared to ask them to meet us next to the apartment and give us the keys (thanks for that). In another document we had an explanation of how to clean the house after we leave: wash the dishes, put back them in cupboards, take out trash and find the bins for bottles: “to be found on the streets everywhere”. We paid 130€ for cleaning and no one can take out the trash bags? We have our own Airbnb but we never ask guests to clean. We also brought our own rain umbrella after being told there wasn't one, only to find 2 in the apt, along with other items (2 sun umbrellas, binoculars. Overall: Great apartment, amazing view, but poor communication and managment

Absolutely Beautiful apartment with stunning views across the bay. Exactly as described and close to transport. We enjoyed excellent trips across the Côte d’Azur. Really helpful communication. A Lovely stay!

I was nervous about booking this place as there were no reviews at the time of this place on Airbnb. The pictures looked amazing and I decided it was worth a chance. I am SO glad I did!!! This place is GORGEOUS and has the most incredible view ever. I would actually say this home surpassed my expectations. It is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. The town is peaceful and is a great place to get away and relax, yet you can easily hop on a quick train to Nice, Monaco, or any of the other cities. There were so many fantastic restaurants. There is also an amazing bakery with the most delicious breakfast pastries which is about a 2 minute walk away. The air conditioning throughout the home worked perfect. Check in and checkout was easy. The only thing to consider is that this area is on a hillside and there is several steps to get to places. You have to climb up a steep staircase (about 10 steps) to get to the front door. I highly recommend this place!
