Amazing apartment with a balcony literally overlooking Fontaine du Soleil (Sun fountain). The area was buzzing with life and excitement. People watching from the balcony was a delight. Added bonus was the Jazz Festival was on when we stayed and we could see the performances from our balcony. Less than five minutes to the main promenade and close to lots of bars and restaurants. Thank you, thank you !

The location is wonderful to Old Town with fabulous restaurants, the market, and shops. It’s very close to the promenade which was lovely to walk in the morning.

Loved the place. The location was amazing. Walkable to the beach, restaurants, markets… we had a car and the public parking was ideally located right across the street. There is easy access to public transportations near by too. The main living room is very bright and the high ceilings and mirors make the place feel bigger. We enjoyed sitting on the little balcony for a drink and to enjoy the view. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable but pretty dark. There was tons of storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed and enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine. We absolutely loved our stay there and would come back in a heart beat.

It is located right in front of Masena Square, making it the best location for transportation and sightseeing. Indoor interiors, tableware, and everything It was better than what I expected There were inconveniences such as the insufficient amount of hot water, the long response time of the host, and the fact that even after 6 nights, toilet paper and soap were provided in small quantities and had to be purchased. Nevertheless, it's a place I'd like to stay again.

I had to pick up the house key at a location halfway between the Niceville train station and the accommodation at check-in. I had a lot of luggage, so I had to take a taxi to the train station to get to the accommodation, and I had to leave the house in front of the accommodation and walk to the halfway point to pick up the key again. This part was a bit of a hassle. There was underwear that was not mine in the drawer inside the room. It seems to be the guest's before.. It is recommended to check the inside of the drawer when cleaning. In addition, communication with the landlord was very fast and accurate, and the location of the accommodation was also really great. I like that there's an elevator!! Thank you so much for the welcome snacks and wine. Thanks to you, I felt better when I arrived. I had a pleasant time with my family. Thank you.

This is a great location and is an awsome place to share with another couple. The small outdoor patio was great to have a glass a wine and watch the action below. Everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Our family of four (2 kids) had a great time staying at the property for 5 days. Being right in the heart of Old Nice, with great access to trams and road transportation, numerous cafes and restaurants, and easy-to-find location, we would highly recommend the property for any vacation plans in Nice and surrounding areas. The instructions provided were clear and timely, and we felt very comfortable establishing our base at this place while venturing out to explore the city. Highly recommend for a visit, and we look forward to returning in the near future!

Stylish apartment, amazing location, fairly well stocked, quiet & bigger than expected. The only negatives were a bit too much communication in the lead up asking for more information for check in (not sure why holiday rental businesses seem to need / want even more personal info than what we already provide to Airbnb!), the hassle of having to go somewhere else to pick up the keys after a long day of flying, no coffee pods to go with the machine & having a long print out of threats about what you can potentially be charged for was a bit unwelcoming. Wine & crackers were a nice touch though.

We had a great time while in Nice. This apartment was perfect for watching the parades during Carnaval from our balcony. We were right in all the action. There is a small lift (elevator) that is very helpful to get to the apartment. Public transportation is near by also, but everything we needed was within walking distance. We had a problem with the heater during our stay and Lucienne got it taken care of right away. We highly recommend this place. It was a great stay.

Staying right in the heart of Place Masséna was such a treat! Loved the lively atmosphere, the city buzz, and the sound of live music filling the square. The property is very spacious with a kitchen and washing machine/dryer which are very handy when you are traveling with kids. And the beach is just behind the apartment building. We would stay here again when we come back to Nice!!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is well-appointed: we were able to cook meals and do laundry. The location is perfect. While it overlooks a busy location, the apartment was quiet with the windows closed.

Pleasant accommodation in a remarkable location, with the main attractions a maximum of 15 minutes away on foot. Very nice view of Place Masséna from the balcony. The living room and master bedroom are pleasant and spacious. The second bedroom is small and rather dark. Air conditioning throughout. The rooms do not overlook Place Masséna and therefore do not suffer from noise at night. Very responsive and very cooperative agency regarding check-in and check-out times
