A great location that was close to the tram and bus routes. There was a fabulous view of the water from the terrace. A boulangerie/patisserie and a gelato shop were both close by and were visited often! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment 2 steps from the Promenade des Anglais. Everything nearby (shops, restaurants and the metro) However, 2 negative points: the paid parking lots are at the mini 600 meters from the apartment and the city of Nice is rather noisy

Lovely apartment with lovely terrace with sea view. All amenities as promised and perfect location close to the water and a little away from the most touristy area of Nice. Easy key exchange via taxi, which picked us up at the airport. Located in neighborhood with many small specialty shops, bakers and cafes. 2 minutes to the beach. Some traffic noise from the street both day and evening.

A Great place to stay, clean and cosy. The apartment is a walking distance from beach and the Promenade des Anglais. Many restaurants and groceries are close by.
