This place was great for us as a young family of three who love to explore. It is only a few minutes walk to the promenade with lots of restaurants nearby, but off the main street so we rarely heard any noise. 15min walk to the train station meant it was nice and easy to use Nice as a hub to do day trips to other places along the coast.

The location is good, quiet and clean. I didn't use the sofa bed, but it looks a little difficult to unfold. Laundry detergent and kitchen detergent are also prepared, so it is easy to do simple laundry or eat food.

Very nice location within easy walk to the main attractions, train station and the sea ! very comfortable apartment with all the necessary stuff and appliances , the terrace is great to spend evenings ! The host is very friendly and proactive ! For sure will choose this place for our next visit to Nice!!!

The apartment was in a very central location, making it easy to get around the city. It had a spacious private balcony, which was a great bonus, and the kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. However, it only had two small hotplates that were quite weak, which made it a bit limiting if you planned to cook more than simple meals. It wasn’t clearly stated in the listing that the apartment is managed by an agency and that the keys are collected from a nearby hotel. That said, the process worked very smoothly.

Lucienne’s place was perfect for our stay in Nice, in the midst of many shops and restaurants, and a very short stroll to the beach, it made our stay in Nice totally effortless! The accommodation was absolutely spotless, and fully stocked with essentials for our stay - including laundry detergent and drying racks for the lovely balcony. Lucienne and her team were super friendly, very responsible, and even able to help us with storing our luggage on the day of our departure, due to our late flight. 5 stars - would definitely return again! Thank you Lucienne and team :)

Great location, very close to the shopping district and a 5 min walk to the old town and the beach. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and difficult to open, also can be quite loud at night as there are a few clubs near by but that’s given for the location. Coffee machine was listed in the amenities however the only pods given were too big. Still loved the apartment and the balcony was ideal. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is clean and luminous with a cozy balcony. It has all necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is also great. The instructions how to get the keys were clear enough so we checked in smoothly. I would stay there again.

Highly recommended. Absolutely clean. Plenty of dishes. Plenty of storage space. Very nice & safe apartment in a central location. Very good elevator and foyer. Electric shutters, completely darken. A/C and WiFi top. Supermarket within walking distance. The bed is a little too small. We 100% recommend it and would come back.

The stay was very pleasant, in a very well located Airbnb, with an accessible host. The only downside was that the comfort of the sofa bed left something to be desired. We had to pad it a bit with blankets. For the rest, we didn't miss anything. I recommend it.

The apartment is managed by an agency, not a host like in a real airBnB. After the reservation you are redirected to an agency site with lots of redundant administrative job to do and a parallel communication platform, in addition to the emails sent by the agency that you need to respond. A bit on the heavy side on the instructions and procedures to follow. If you arrive weekend or holiday you collect the key at a hotel nearby so a stopover is needed before arriving at the apartment. Apart from that the place is as described, very comfortable and in the heart of downtown.

Great location - very central, but super calm and quiet. Easy to walk to the beach and the old town. Also just a few steps away from the station, where the train connects to the airport. The apartment size is perfect for a couple or couple plus a child. AC works perfectly and the electric blackouts blinds made sleeping even better. The check-in was great, very friendly and efficient. Only downside was the bad smell in the bathroom because of the pipes. It really stank. But besides that we were happy with our stay!

Location is super central, very convienient to get everywhere. Quiet enough for a good sleep, public area in the building is very clean as the cleaning lady comes every working day. However, the landlord has delegate the property to a hotel to manage which is also fine but they could improve the service a bit: for example, leave enough cleaning and householding material in the flat. My family stayed a week there and we have to buy rubbish bags and toilet paper by ourselves in the end because the hotel wouldn’t provide more than the welcome kit. And the bathroom stinks! You can barelt breath when you stay inside, old water pipe smells very bad and I think the landlord should improve it a bit… Generally we are happy to stay there and we kept everything clean and neat when we leave.

Brilliant location in the heart of Massena, easy walking to the beach and old town. Huge amount of shops and restaurants and host extremely helpful and very responsive. We were able to check in before the normal check in time which was very helpful as we had lots of luggage and a grumpy toddler and having the air con in the apartment and also a communal lift was an added bonus. The bedroom and living room were fitted with electric black out blinds and we all had the best sleep in a long time and my toddler slept longer than he ever does at home! It was great having a fully utilized kitchen and also a washing machine. We felt this apartment block was very safe and secure and in a quiet location. We would definitely visit again!

Wonderful location, steps away from the main area of shops and restaurants (Av Jean Medecin). A very short walk down to the beach and old town. We stayed here with a toddler and baby and loved the proximity to the playgrounds and splash pad along Promenade du Paillon and being able to easily stop back for naps. Also very walkable (15 min) to the train station (Nice-Ville). The apartment cooled well and AC worked great. The elevator worked well and actually fit our double stroller. I do wish it had been more thoroughly cleaned - for example crumbs in the couch bed, a dead bug and piece of plastic in the travel cot, shard of glass on the counter, etc. The management agency was easy to get ahold of even for after hours concerns.

The location is great. The apartment is super nice. The design of it is very cute. The terrace is perfect addition! The apartment is new, very clean, has everything you might need to live. Also, it is very quiet even though it is 1 minute walk from Massena square. The main problem was communication with the host. I have hard times to reach out to them. Once I found them in whats app it usually took couple by hours to respond. After working hours check-in is also not that easy. It requires either go to the hotel which is 15 minutes walk or request a taxi from the airport for 50€, but they bring you the keys.

Great location, responsive and helpful host! Lovely terrace on the apartment. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, but the sofa bed was a little awkward. We had to prop up the four corners of the sofa bed to make an even surface for sleeping.

The apartment is well located : 10mn from the railway station, and from city center. There are plenty of shops very close by - easy to grab breakfast for example. The host is very reactive and was flexible for the checkout.

We (family of 4, one of who is a baby) stayed here for 8 days and really enjoyed it. The location is great, old town and restaurants are all nearby and the apartment itself is secluded from the main streets so it's really quiet. The air conditioning works great. The apartment has everything you would possibly need to make food, eat, do laundry and clean. The only negative is that the bed is a little narrow (140cm).

Thanks to the Riviera Holiday Homes team for the hospitality and quality of communication! We enjoyed our stay a lot. Positive points: the ideal location, the amenities of the apartment (washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen products, dishes and utensils, quality oven and range hood, Dyson hair dryer, etc.), the fact that the kitchen was fully equipped (beautiful colorful dishes!) and that you could cook everything there, the air conditioning, decoration and atmosphere of the apartment, the beautiful terrace and the surprising calm despite the lively location in the city center. Negative element: mattress size/bed too small for two adults (and quite soft mattress). It would be great for a single adult though. In addition, our 6-year-old daughter slept well on the sofa bed in the living room. If it wasn't for this bedding issue in the bedroom that affected our comfort, it would really be a ten out of ten!
