We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and conveniently furnished. The very close proximity to the beach and the nearby supermarket on the same street are particularly noteworthy. Unfortunately, since our departure, the landlord has been demanding high extra costs for cleaning a stain on the mattress, which we definitely did not cause. We recommend that everyone photograph the mattresses from above and below (!) in future! The AirPods that we unfortunately forgot in the property have so far been retained. We expect a more professional approach from a rental agency.

What pleases me the most is that the location is excellent. You can see the coastline as soon as you step outside, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday.It is also very close to the shared bicycle parking point; there are supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.The indoor environment is very clean; the water heater in the bathroom has sufficient capacity.This is a B&B that I would definitely book again the next time I visit Nice!
