A very good and lovely apartment. It is in a great location, close to the beach and the Old Town. High standard and very clean. Nice balcony with a table and chairs. Good information provided beforehand and a smooth key handover process. I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay there again.

Nice location. Very close to the beach, centre, shops, metro. Appartment building entrance smells like molt, looks dirty. Room was hard to find. Ellevator was oke. Most appliances were there. Wifi after 3 days. Hard to get in contact with agiency.

Everything was great. It was clean, and communication with Lucienne was also smooth. The location is great... lots of restaurants and a café right on the doorstep. It might be a bit louder for someone who likes it quieter, but as soon as you close the windows, you can hardly hear anything. The beach is also within walking distance. One negative point was that the Wi-Fi in the apartment didn't work; otherwise, everything was really great.

Perfect base for Ironman event. Comfortable bed/sofa bed. Clean and well-equipped. Great communication. Key collection from office was very straightforward and apartment available earlier than check-in. Our third trip to Nice and favorite location so far. Thank you.

The location is great, near the beach and city center, with plenty of good restaurants around. Lucienne responded immediately to our messages, so we really appreciated. As a small remark, maybe the shower in the appartement can be improved. However, overall very good vacation, we really enjoyed.

Great place to stay in Nice with a perfect location close to the beach and around the corner from the busy restaurant streets, which can be a bit noisy at night, we didn’t mind at all. The foldout sofa was a bit of a challenge for our 2 boys but they managed. We needed a toaster and a new one was delivered promptly to us. Parking nearby was 32EU a day and very convenient. Lift access was great. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent 6-night stay for our family of three. Ideally located - just 5 minutes' walk to the beach and restaurants, with a nearby grocery store. Our apartment was on the 5th floor of a 6-story building with an elevator for easy access. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, good bathroom water pressure, and in-unit laundry facilities. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Reliable Wi-Fi and effective air conditioning, though rarely needed in pleasant September weather. Very quiet area, aside from temporary construction nearby (as of September 2024). Host was communicative and provided clear check-in/out instructions. Key pickup is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Overall, highly recommended for its central location and comfort. Great value and definitely worth considering for future visits to Nice if easy access to attractions is a priority.

Great location, many restaurants and shopping right near the apt and only a few blocks to the beach and Promonade. You can take the train to other cities close by. Hosts were very responsive to questions, and clear instructions.

The apartment has a very good and central location and well functioning air conditioning. Unfortunately, we were greeted by an untidy bathroom and lack of linens and toilet paper. This was sorted out the day after, but pulls down the rating. It smells a bit of mold in the kitchen cabinets, but otherwise it is a perfectly ok apartment for max 3 people.

The apartment was the best place for us in Nice. Close to everything. Cute and welcoming managers. In addition, a nice balcony with great city views and atmosphere. The apartment was nice and practical: Lovely shower, good bed, and kitchen in order. Overall, a wonderful holiday with two teenagers.
