Well located, large, comfortable apartment. Great, well stocked kitchen with lovely terrace. Large bedrooms with nice bathrooms. As some said, there is some street noise in the morning, but with outside shades that pull down it is muted, and you are in a city! Grocery store across the street, the beach a 5 minute walk away, and within a 15 minute walk to train station and the Old Village. Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay in the unit again!

This was a really great apartment in central Nice. Only a couple of hundred meters from all the local restaurants and bars. The beach is also less than a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself was great for a group of 4 people and had all you would need.

The apartment is in a great location. So many facilities just a few steps away, from beach to groceries and other shopping possibilities. The place itself is well equiped, spacious, air conditioned and with a nice terrase. One of the bedrooms that looks towards the stree tends to be noisy in the early hours due to delivery trucks, so not for a light sleeper.

The apartment has great location. It is in close proximity to grocery stores, one of them in the house opposite, two more from a hundred meters. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries with croissants around. It's literally 5 minutes to the sea and to the old city. If you want to go to Cannes or Monte Carlo, the train station is very close to Grimaldi Street. There are two shower rooms in the apartment. The windows of one of the bedrooms overlook a rather noisy street in the morning, all other windows overlooking a quiet courtyard. The windows are closed with dense rolls, so the sun does not bother in the early morning. There are 2 safes in the apartment but both are not working. This is our only note to the equipment. Otherwise everything was fine.
