The location is unbeatable—right in the old town, just steps from the sea. However, the apartment is quite small for 4 people. There's limited terrace seating, and the unfolded sofa takes up the entire living room. We didn't have the hot water or key issues mentioned in other reviews. The inner gate lock is held together with duct tape, suggesting past problems. More inconvenient was the agency closing outside working hours and weekends—our kids' bed linen wasn't prepared on arrival, and no one answered chat late that evening. Other issues: ants on both floors, ineffective bathroom ventilation, and uncomfortably warm bedroom at night since air conditioning is only upstairs. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, with all listed amenities. The terrace is a nice feature. Overall, better suited for 2 people than 4.

We stayed one night but left early after experiencing issues, esp with young kids - including difficulty opening the apartment door and exterior gate from inside, unreliable hot water, and a lack of timely response to our messages. Check in/leaving bags was a significant challenge in the heat. Airbnb reviewed our documentation, refunded the two unused nights and part of the first night, and resolved the matter under AirCover. We would not stay here again.
