Lovely and well equipped apartment. close to town center and a generally quiet location. allocated parking on site although could be tight squeeze if you had a large 4x4. (Nissan Quashqai was good). Apartment 5 is on the 3rd floor so consider a lower number if you had mobility issues. Maintenance was quick y to t respond on minor issues and very organized. overall a lovely place.

Lots of cleaning issues, which remained unresolved throughout our stay.Stained and marked.Poorly equipped.Very hot bedroom despite air conditioner. Owners responsive and refunded us £100 but lots of issues only some of which were fixed. Two pictures used were not of this property.Very basic not executive IMHO and several issues.Many resolved many not.Left all week with stained bedding and dirty cooker tiles for instance.The refund did not reflect the amount of time and upset wasted on issues not of our making.

Great location to be able to walk to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Beds were a bit firm for my preference, but that may not be an issue for other guests. Kitchen had most of what we use on a regular basis, and TV and internet worked well. Hosts were communicative and accommodating when we had a couple issues come up.

"Must climb stairs" please be mindful of this as there are quite a few sets of stairs to go up and down. No issue with check in however, my son did have dirty (black) legs from crawling around so mopped the floor the second day (easy to find cleaning items). Beds were comfortable, plenty of space and an ideal location for those wanting to be close to everything within walking distance! Would I stay here again? Yes, without the baby though as the stairs really are a killer with a travel cot!

Flat is just 2mins of walk to city center where are many pubs and restaurants which is great. I enjoyed the stay so I can recommend.

I didn't expect to have to register via their own portal for check in and check out. I found communication a bit annoying. I will not be doing an inventory of your items as per the thick manual on the coffee table, I can see it us necessary but you are welcome to look at my reviews too. The place is very nice, mostly clean and has everything you need. I would score higher but for the extra admin.

I had to communicate with the Bow Property Ltd to make all the necessary arrangements. I had to use their own platform to upload a photographic copy of my passport. They demanded a security deposit. The Airbnb Help Centre advised me not to do so. Thus, I made screenshots of the advice and sent them to the Bow Property Ltd who then said, ‘It’s ok now, no need for the deposit.’ I reported the Bow Property Ltd that the batteries of the TV remote control and one of the light bulbs need to be replaced. None of them was materialised: I could not watch the TV throughout my stay. Toilet rolls were running out after the first night. Great location and very clean.

This apartment is very spacious and well furnished. We felt it was good value for money. Very central in Andover with easy access and parking. Bed and sofa were both very comfortable and everything was extremely clean when we arrived. There were a few minor breakages and some items missing on arrival which was the only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars overall. However, none of these issues impacted the enjoyment of our stay because there were only two of us. We’d definitely go again if we needed to be in Andover.

Lovely stay, nice modern apartment, needed help to find it but once there we were happy! Easy to get everywhere. Bed very comfortable & it was nice to relax with wine & Netflix after lots of fresh air & walking during the day ... despite it being a 2 bedroom apartment we would suggest there isnt enough comfy seating for 4 in the lounge but for just us 2 it was great!

The apartment was very nice close to the city center spacious nice and new renovated bcs it looks amazing . The host was very nice she was helping us with everything we need she was answering all the time very fast and she was lovely .Thanks for all .Nice experience,definitely we would be back in youre apartment .

Accurate discription, beautiful place to stay, near the high street so plenty of shops close by. The heating was very warm so we had no concern of being cold as that weekend got very cold and very wet. All in all we enjoyed our stay ♥️

I am working in Andover and this newly done place is clean, bright and close to everything you might need, all less than 10 minute walk. Great stay

The place was good, however be careful if you ever want something after 6pm there will be no one to help you. We locked ourselves outside apartment and tried to contact the host to help us get in but the host didnt respond at all. We were roaming around on the cold streets from 11pm to 5am. Even though the host read our messages in whatsapp but decided to ignore the messages and calls. Its like you are dealing with robots, the messages are all automated in case of emergency theres no one to help you out. Its the host’s job to stay on call for emergencies as it can be any sort of emergencies some can be life threatening. Overall: i do NOT recommend this host for anyone! As the host was very careless towards our case! The host has also claimed we burned the carpet by iron and charged us £250 without providing any picture evidence. Make sure you check everything as the host might claim charges after you leave the apartment! Disgusting!!!
