***A unauthorised late check out or early check in will be charged to you if not agreed in writing as this causes issues with our cleaning teams.***

When arriving at the property we do NOT allow early bag drops off, if you drop your bags off early the cleaner will not clean the property as we cannot be in the property with your belongings. If anybody has to attend the property throughout your stay for any reason we will have to make sure someone from your party is on the property unless an absolute emergency.

Lovely and well equipped apartment. close to town center and a generally quiet location. allocated parking on site although could be tight squeeze if you had a large 4x4. (Nissan Quashqai was good). Apartment 5 is on the 3rd floor so consider a lower number if you had mobility issues. Maintenance was quick y to t respond on minor issues and very organized. overall a lovely place.

Lots of cleaning issues, which remained unresolved throughout our stay.Stained and marked.Poorly equipped.Very hot bedroom despite air conditioner. Owners responsive and refunded us £100 but lots of issues only some of which were fixed. Two pictures used were not of this property.Very basic not executive IMHO and several issues.Many resolved many not.Left all week with stained bedding and dirty cooker tiles for instance.The refund did not reflect the amount of time and upset wasted on issues not of our making.
