This was a beautiful apartment with fantastic views of the water in Villefranche sur Mer. The apartment was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot- a perfect location in Villefranche. We would happily stay there again. A few negatives, but nothing major. We would have liked more supplies. For example, we stayed 6 nights with 3 people and had 2 small rolls of toilet paper, 2 tiny shampoo bottles, one small bar of soap, one official dishwasher tablet (although there were others left by guests, and the dishwasher didn’t work anyway). Check-in was more complicated than necessary as we had to go to a restaurant to get the key even though there is a key lockbox at the apartment. For those counting, it’s good to know ahead there are about 40 steps to climb to get from the street to the apartment. But these negatives don’t add up to making us not want to go back to this apartment. The view and spacious comfortable stay were worth it.

I stayed here for a few days in May. Excellent view, fantastic terrace and well-located in the old town. Very clean. I was sad to leave this lovely apartment.

For August 2023, there is a new place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, everything works. Looks like the photo. The apartments leave a very good impression. Nice host. From the downsides of the property itself, you can only note that this is a very old building, steep and narrow stairs (not suitable for disabled people and families with baby carts - top floor). Separately, I want to say about the neighborhood itself - I didn't really like it . Constantly dirty sea (many boats in the bay), dogs are on the streets that start to stink during the day. However, there are many normal restaurants and nice people.

This is not listed right it has 1 full bath but listed as 1.5 bath. When asked lucienne she said a 1 full bath unit on Airbnb is considered as 1.5. Overall it’s a good location and excellent place to rent.
