Great apartment. Just what we wanted. Stunning views and perfect location. Apartment was as described, modern, bright and had everything we needed. Check in - took us a while to find the Riviera holidays office. Then front door to apartment was temperamental, so had to call staff to attend to help us get in. Once we got used to the front door it was fine, but did leave us worried we might get locked out. We would definitely go back for his apartment again. The views from the living room and main bedroom are what made it.

We had a great time. The apartment is very clean and very comfortable for four people (a family and older children) and is very well located in the old town of Villefranche. The view of the big blue from this apartment is magnificent! Wow! We were hosted very well by Lucienne. The instructions are clear and we found the apartment easily.

This was a beautiful apartment with fantastic views of the water in Villefranche sur Mer. The apartment was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot- a perfect location in Villefranche. We would happily stay there again. A few negatives, but nothing major. We would have liked more supplies. For example, we stayed 6 nights with 3 people and had 2 small rolls of toilet paper, 2 tiny shampoo bottles, one small bar of soap, one official dishwasher tablet (although there were others left by guests, and the dishwasher didn’t work anyway). Check-in was more complicated than necessary as we had to go to a restaurant to get the key even though there is a key lockbox at the apartment. For those counting, it’s good to know ahead there are about 40 steps to climb to get from the street to the apartment. But these negatives don’t add up to making us not want to go back to this apartment. The view and spacious comfortable stay were worth it.

I stayed here for a few days in May. Excellent view, fantastic terrace and well-located in the old town. Very clean. I was sad to leave this lovely apartment.

A new home by August 2023. Very clean, comfortable, everything works. Looks like the one in the photo. The apartment makes a very good impression. A nice host. As for the disadvantages of the accommodation itself, the only thing worth noting is that it is a very old building with steep and narrow stairs (not suitable for disabled people and families with prams - top floor). I would like to mention the district itself separately - I didn't like it very much. The sea is constantly dirty (there are many boats in the bay), and the streets are full of dogs, which start to smell during the day. However, there are many decent restaurants and nice people.

This is not listed right it has 1 full bath but listed as 1.5 bath. When asked lucienne she said a 1 full bath unit on Airbnb is considered as 1.5. Overall it’s a good location and excellent place to rent.
