Me and my family stayed at Sarah's place whilst down visiting my daughter. The house was in a lovely location with shops at the end of the road for essentials. It was an ideal place for us to stay as my mum has mobility issues,so a downstairs bedroom and toilet was very accessible for her. The house was lovely and clean with the only issue being,if you can call it that,was that the kitchen sides hadn't been cleaned. This was easily taken care of and wasn't a problem. Check in was very easy and Sarah sent all the relevant information needed by email,a few days before we were due to go. All in all,myself and my family had a great stay at Sarah's place and will definately be booking again as we were only a 15 minute drive away from my daughters house so is ideal for us. Minimum Age 21 All reservations are subject to an ID check, all ID must be uploaded to our internal system, ID submitted must include Name, address, date of birth any ID submitted not including those will be decline and possible cancellation of your reservation. We do not accept guests from the same city as the listing. No smoking is allowed. We want to keep the place looking and smelling fresh for all our guests. Unfortunately there will be an extra cleaning charge is the property smells of smoke. Please ask if you wish to bring a pet as there will be an additional charge. No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please respect the privacy of our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially in the garden, and particularly between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. No Work boots in the property. The property must be left in a good state of cleanliness Pots washed up and no mud on the carpets. No Glass in the recycling. There will be a fee of £30 for any additional bed linen or towels used. Please only use the number of beds and towels appropriate for the number of people booked into the property. Extended Stay Cleaning Fee Bookings over 14 nights require a mandatory £50 mid-stay clean every fortnight (linen change not included). Additional linen changes are available upon request for an extra fee. The property will contact guests after booking to arrange payment.
