Piles of cigarette ends in the garden , we are smokers but isn’t a nice site . One bath towel supplied between 5 men left on one of the beds . The other beds had hand towels on so bring your own towel . I appreciate it’s for contract workers but it’s one of them wipe your feet on the way out type of places . Also the seating arrangement in the living room is dreadful . Property has some potential to be a decent place to stay if someone could be bothered with it .

We only stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding which was in the area. House is easy to locate & get access into on arrival. House is in major need of updating/renovating! Lots of spiders & cobwebs around the house , loose floorboards in bedroom. The drive doesn’t actually fit 2x cars like advertised you can just about fit 1 car(the on street parking is minimal due to road being quite busy). Garden is overgrown & not useable, light bulbs missing in some lights etc.. The house was adequate enough for what we needed for 2 nights, although we only really used the house to sleep in and for nothing else. Tried to get into contact with the host/host company pre to our arrival as we had a few questions about our stay, However we had no response what so ever from host which was disappointing. Overall, if your looking for an easy place to stay with minimal expectations then this place is for you. If not , I’d advise to book elsewhere. Just trying to be an honest and full review for future guests

Minimum Age 21 All reservations are subject to an ID check, all ID must be uploaded to our internal system, ID submitted must include Name, address, date of birth any ID submitted not including those will be decline and possible cancellation of your reservation. We do not accept guests from the same city as the listing. No smoking is allowed anywhere in this 3 bed Andover property. We want to keep the place looking and smelling fresh for all our guests. Unfortunately there will be an extra cleaning charge is the property smells of smoke. Our houses are generally not suitable for pets. Please ask if you wish to bring a pet. No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please respect the privacy of our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum at all times, especially in the garden, and particularly between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. No Work boots in the property.Shoes or boots to be removed before entering the house and left in the porch. The property must be left in a good state of cleanliness Pots washed up and no mud on the carpets. There will be a fee of £30 for any additional bed linen or towels used. Please only use the number of beds and towels appropriate for the number of people booked into the property.
