Pool & Spa Service Schedule:
Our pool and spa are professionally serviced every Monday and Friday to ensure the best experience for all of our guests. This is a required maintenance service and technicians may access the outdoor area during your stay.
Please note that due to typical Florida weather and winds, some leaves or debris may occasionally enter the pool. For your convenience, a pool net is provided at the property for guest use.
Grill Information:
Each of our homes is equipped with a grill for guest use, and propane is provided for your convenience.
We kindly ask that all guests clean the grill after each use and before departure. This helps us maintain a high standard for all future guests.
Please note: If the grill is not cleaned prior to checkout, a $75 additional cleaning fee will be applied.
Parking:
This home can accommodate 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the garage is not available for parking, as it has been converted into a game room. We kindly ask that you do not park on the street or in the grass. We are not responsible for any towing or parking tickets that may occur.
Trash & Recycling Information:
Trash and recycling bins are located on the side of the home near the fence gate. Please ensure all trash is properly placed inside the bins.
Our team will handle moving the bins to the curb on pickup days and returning them to the home once service is complete.
Events & Celebrations
* Events and celebrations are allowed only with prior approval.
* All events require an additional $500 event fee to cover extra wear, tear, and resources for the increased number of attendees.
* Guests must remove and fully dispose of all décor after the event, including tape, balloons, confetti, props, boards, backdrops, etc.
* Any décor left behind for the cleaning team to remove will result in a minimum $150 décor-removal fee.
Table & Chair Rentals
* We offer table and chair rentals for guest events.
* All rented items will be set up before your arrival for convenience.
* Pricing:
* $12 per table
* $4 per chair
* $60 mandatory setup/delivery fee
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
We do offer early check-in and late check-out options, based on availability. This service is priced at $50 per hour. Availability can only be confirmed the week of your check-in, as it depends on our cleaning schedule and any back-to-back reservations.

By booking, guests acknowledge this natural part of Florida living. No refunds will be issued for insect sightings.

If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance. 6. Noise Please be considerate of the neighbors. No loud music or parties. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 7. Additional Guests Please only host the number of guests that was booked. If you plan to have more guests, please ask in advance. 8. Parking 3 cars can fit in the driveway. Please do not park on the street or on the grass. We are not liable for towing or parking tickets. 9. Garage Please do not open the garage. The garage has been converted into a game room for your enjoyment. Cars cannot be parked in the garage. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
