- Please note this apartment only sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Due to the size, we won't be able to accommodate more than a total of 4.
- Please note, this 2-bed apartment is just below the main property where the owners live full time. You will have your own access down the side of the property and have your own privacy and space.
- There is a door in the apartment that connects upstairs internally but it will be locked on both sides.
- You will have access to the apartment and shared pool and garden.
- The property is unsuitable for children under 12 years old.

Beautiful property, location in front of the wonderful clovelly cemetery and minutes from the costal path. 11 minute walk to high street (suggest you cut through cemetery to avoid the big hill!) Garden gets the sun all day. Overall very quiet and good there is air con in each room. Lots of clothes hangers and wardrobe space. Only negatives were the waste water piping from the apartment above which is very noisy running via the master bedroom which can be disturbing if you want a lie in. The back sliding door is VERY heavy and can be a struggle to open from the outside. We did report this to the agents who said they would ask maintenance to look at it or we could put some wd40 on (not that we carry it round with us!) so would just consider this if you are elderly and are planning on frequently using the patio. Perhaps some type of fly screen addition would be good so the door can be left open during the day. Overall I would recommend staying here and would stay again.

We were very happy with the apartment. Very comfy beds and nice linen. Very private garden and pool to ourselves. It soon felt like home, we were there for 20 days. Bus stop right nearby, 10 min walk to supermarkets and cafés and a great beachbar in the pretty cove, Clovelly Beach. Lovely walk to Bronte beach. This was a great location, but very hilly so you need to be fit if you are going to walk. We also walked to Coogee beach along the coasst path. We met the owners who live above, briefly, and they are lovely very quiet and very helpful when we asked for some extra things. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
