Beautiful property, location in front of the wonderful clovelly cemetery and minutes from the costal path. 11 minute walk to high street (suggest you cut through cemetery to avoid the big hill!) Garden gets the sun all day. Overall very quiet and good there is air con in each room. Lots of clothes hangers and wardrobe space. Only negatives were the waste water piping from the apartment above which is very noisy running via the master bedroom which can be disturbing if you want a lie in. The back sliding door is VERY heavy and can be a struggle to open from the outside. We did report this to the agents who said they would ask maintenance to look at it or we could put some wd40 on (not that we carry it round with us!) so would just consider this if you are elderly and are planning on frequently using the patio. Perhaps some type of fly screen addition would be good so the door can be left open during the day. Overall I would recommend staying here and would stay again.

We were very happy with the apartment. Very comfy beds and nice linen. Very private garden and pool to ourselves. It soon felt like home, we were there for 20 days. Bus stop right nearby, 10 min walk to supermarkets and cafés and a great beachbar in the pretty cove, Clovelly Beach. Lovely walk to Bronte beach. This was a great location, but very hilly so you need to be fit if you are going to walk. We also walked to Coogee beach along the coasst path. We met the owners who live above, briefly, and they are lovely very quiet and very helpful when we asked for some extra things. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Although the property wasn’t cleaned when we first arrived, once that was sorted out our stay was fantastic. The location is perfect for exploring the eastern beaches, and the pool was a great spot to relax during the day. Overall, it’s a wonderful property and we really enjoyed our time there.

Great location and easy walking to beach and Coogee. The apartment was as pictured and comfortably furnished… comfy beds. Pool was very clean and secluded Messaging was very clear communication perhaps do not need to send on app and off app as sometimes to confusing. We were kept waiting an hour sitting out side for check in whilst cleaning with no notification… There was no access to TV apps Netflix/Prime)for streaming and whilst we saw a previous customer had provided the same feedback it clearly had not been resolved.m or fixed… we did message but there was not real action or response so we had to go buy an Amazon fire stick which then worked perfectly. Would recommend this is resolved as guests expect access to theses apps as nothing better than chilling in eve to watch a movie especially as we had couple of days of storms. Lastly the kitchen did not have a bread knife. May need to update your kitchen utensils… Small details that can be resolved very easy I am sure

The Clovelly house was extremely comfortable and perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach and nearby services. The shared pool was a great bonus, and we were lucky to have it all to ourselves for the entire 12-night stay. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday—highly recommended!

Having stayed at other accommodation in the area, this was the gem that we’d been searching for. You won’t be disappointed if you stay in this gorgeous pad. Apart from being in a great location and very easily (although a little hilly) walkable to both Clovelly & Bronte beaches/restaurants etc, the inside has everything you could want and is a calm and beautiful space for relaxing. The outside terrace is also lovely and overlooks the pristine pool. We had trouble getting any apps up on the tv, which we were told could be done but we had our own Apple Box, which I’d always recommend taking if you enjoy snuggling down with a movie in the evenings. The bed was extremely comfy and waking up to a view of Clovelly Bay in the mornings, was the icing on the cake. We were lucky enough to meet the lovely owners who live above and who made us feel very welcome.

Great place, close enough to the neighbourhood & the beach. Way too much messaging though, the regular Airbnb ones yes but then everything again via text and emails from the management company. I’m on my holidays trying to relax - I don’t need constant reminders of how I should be putting out the rubbish and watering the plants considering how much the stay costs, seriously back off…. :(

This was a fabulous apartment to stay in. Everything was spotless, great location and very easy to walk down to the beach. We did the walk to Bondi and another day to Coogee. A great place for a much needed break where we sat outside and read books, slept and had many walks.

The location is great if you like coastal walks. It’s a little way to amenities 10-15 mins walk but not a problem on a nice day. Apartment was clean and liveable, we were there for 2 weeks. Overall a nice location and place to stay.

Beautiful accomodation in a lovely neighbourhood. Loved the proximity to the coastal walk and public transport. Hosts provided excellent communication and were very responsive to any questions. The home itself was beautifully presented with great facilities. Loved having a swimming pool all to ourselves! The lock on the door was a bit tricky to manage but we eventually got the knack of it 😬 Would be happy to stay again.

Thank you so much for such welcoming and relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed everyday, the place is beautiful and completed to such a high standard with a great kitchen, bathrooms (fantastic shower/bath), very nice linen and comfy beds. Highlight of our stay was waking up and opening the shutters in the main bedroom and looking out to the ocean. The outdoor space is safe, (albeit steps down to pool but nothing we didn’t know from the photos). Great water pressure, brilliant bbq, lovely pool, comfy sofas, gorgeous views, and a really nice small village feel! Would return 100%

Wonderful place. Really convenient bottom floor apartment with own access and very safe for kids, great outdoor area and pool, the inside is also modern and renovated but also warm and cozy, with a lovely view from the main bedroom and living. Beds very comfortable with great linen. Kitchen well equipped (except for a coffee plunger or machine but I’m sure they will fix this!). A gorgeous and quiet spot, wonderful for a family. Owners above are very discreet and we used the pool and garden on our own. Great location walking distance to Clovelly and Bronte. Really relaxed holiday feel, we loved it! Little pricey but was worth it. And L’Abode were very responsive including on weekends. Thank you!
