Our family loved our Staycay at Courallie. Everything locally, Eastern Suburbs and in the city was easily accessible using options of car, public transport and walking. Even though we filled out days with activities it felt nice and relaxed because of location, location, location! There are no problems finding free, all day, safe street parking The apartment had plenty of room for our family of four when chilling at home, very comfortable, with all the mod cons including three TVs with streaming access. It is a gorgeous art deco apartment with great views to the harbour and Bondi Junction, very quiet and peaceful. I did have initial concerns staying there with my two kids because of all the beautiful photos of art pieces, mirrors, bathroom etc but it is a gorgeous apartment that has a feeling of lived in so we could breathe and relax. L'Abode are excellent hosts, very responsive, providing clear information at all times. Thanks for an awesome stay 😁

We had an excellent stay. The apartment has many attractive features with a lovely distant harbour view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom just right for our needs. The communication with L'Abode Accommodation was supportive and attentive. We appreciate the help they gave us. With so much of Sydney easily within reach from the apartment, we loved our stay and will certainly be back!

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
