Arriving at the apartment was very disappointing. The beds weren't made, and there were no towels or kitchen towels, nor dishwasher tablets. Moreover, it was terribly hot. There was no coffee maker; Amazon only delivered a filter coffee machine after three days. Unfortunately, we couldn't buy filters anywhere, so we used paper towels. The Wi-Fi often doesn't work, and the sink is frequently clogged. The apartment is very noisy, and cigarette smoke from the neighbors comes in through the bedroom. The fire alarm went off twice. The electricity was out, including the Wi-Fi. There was a shared washing machine that was constantly in use. The small gas burner didn't work. The furniture was uncomfortable, the large sofa was sagging, and the chairs on the balcony were rusty. The carpet in the room was a fall hazard; we had to tape it down. Dust on the ceiling, in the laundry closet, and under the bed. The fans were old and noisy. The apartment is way too expensive, it costs $1,000.00 p.d.

The place was clean, in a good location close to the beach and the center of shops. The house itself was a good size for three guests. A few things didn't work, and a few things were missing. Which was a little less enjoyable. But overall I would recommend the place under the assumption that the house malfunctions would be fixed. The shower door Dishwasher Balcony Roofing And the locks

Additional rules
1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
