Great location, good size apartment and well equipped. Good size balcony. BBQ was old and rusty and not useable which was disappointing but otherwise everything was great.

This apartment had everything we needed for a weekend in Sydney. Lots of space for the 4 of us to hang out, great kitchen facilities and very handy tumble dryer for wet bathers. Two bathrooms also a bonus.

Our stay in Coogee was everything we could’ve asked for. The apartment was as described, gorgeous, clean and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were really helpful with any queries we had during our stay. Could not fault L’Abode. They were friendly and attentive our entire stay with quick and clear communication. We would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay!

It was a nice, bright and comfortable apartment in a great location. Wonderful beaches and cafes with delicious food are just a few steps. That's all we wanted. It was very helpful that there was parking on site. It was just a pity that something would break down periodically, either the lift, or the air conditioner, or the car turntable in the garage. But the host always responded promptly and helped solve the problems.

We loved staying at the apartment, location is perfect, short walk to beach and shops, the flat was very comfortable and spacious and hosts were very responsive. Would absolutely stay again

The location has a lot of potential, very close walk to Coogee beach, shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the apartment however was very disappointing and especially for how expensive it was. It really needs a deep clean throughout to get it up to a liveable standard. On arrival the apartment had a very bad, damp and mouldy smell which took awhile to air out. There was a dirty oven tray in the kitchen sink soaking in rust and mould. The kitchen doesn’t have any bowls or plates which made it very inconvenient to utilise. The sofa bed, chairs and beds are filthy, with stained pillows, quilts and cushions. The bathrooms are very mouldy, have clusters of insects and the balcony wasn’t clean at all. The balcony locks/doors were difficult to open. Our feet were completely black from walking on the floors. The garage lock code buttons were broken which everybody in the complex had difficulty entering and had to enter via ground floor, lift to basement then open internally.

Despite a very convenient location close to the beach and many cafes, restaurants and shops, this apartment is to be leaked: excessively poorly maintained, a striking smell of humidity and mold that persisted during the stay despite daily ventilation. Sofa and armchairs so filthy that you don't want to sit there. Same for the carpet. When I arrived the washing machine was so dirty and had mold stains that it was unusable. The dryer was also not in working condition. Broken blind in one bedroom, moldy in the other. The dishes were partially dirty or moldy. The property manager was super responsive to try to resolve any issues that could be resolved: cleaning the sofa and carpet, washing machine, repair of the dryer, replacement of the toaster or laundry rack broken. However, I highly uncheck this listing

Great stay! Place was way bigger than in the pictures. Loved the keyless access, perfect for quick trips to the beach. The gifts on arrival were a nice touch, the wine was top draw!

The apartment was super comfortable, beautiful, full of light. We were three friends who came to Sydney for a conference at Uni of NSW. The place was walkable to the University. We loved the closeness to the beach and the cafes… we loved the keyless entry… the balcony… We would like to stay at L’Abode again.

The only problem we had was that the door access didn’t work so we accessed the apartment through the garage which wasn’t a problem. Unfortunately I had an accident while touring the area and ended up in hospital so only spent 4 nights in the accommodation. This was disappointing for me as the apartment is beautiful and I was really looking forward to spending my time in Coogee. Would highly recommend this accommodation. It is so close to Coogee, the beach and has beautiful walks.

Fantastic location, property matched the description. A small walk to the beach and great placement in Coogee. Would definitely stay again. The only piece of feedback I’d give is there was lots of cooking utensils, glasses, cups and facilities but no plates at all, not even side plates which I found strange so needed to buy disposable plates to eat in.

A beautiful property walking distance to a beautiful beach. Very comfortable in every respect, from an excellent functional and well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and couches. Highly recommended. We would love to return and stay longer.

Great location, minimal furniture, easy check in process. Dusty, stained bed sheets, mouldy smell due to “Sydney weather” we were told. Cobwebs and stained bed sheets with no blockout blind in bedroom 2. Lift access, which is rare in Coogee so that was great. Great bus access available.
