This was a great place to stay with my wife, and both our parents. The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants which was really helpful and convenient. The house itself was awesome with really nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor section and pool area was also was lovely. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The house was spacious and the kitchen/living room and outside area were amazing for spending time altogether as a family. Only a short walk to Bondi Beach and close to lots of amazing restaurants and cafes, and the area around the house felt very safe. The team at Abode were super helpful and responded quickly to a couple of queries we had. We would happily stay here again next time we visit Bondi!

Very good location within walking distance of Bondi Beach. The accommodation itself is fine. Some areas are quite worn, such as the floor in the living room and the facade on the terrace. Other areas are very new (e.g. the bathroom on the 1st floor). The kitchen equipment (pans, pots, etc.) is also quite simple and partly quite worn. It seems to lack regular maintenance, the fire alarm went off several times, even at night at 03:30. In addition, it sometimes smells very unpleasant in the house (1st floor master bedroom). We didn't find the pool that inviting. The rather unkempt neighbouring house also has a negative impact on the house. In total, except for the alarm, everything is acceptable for 2-3 nights. In our opinion, the house lacks a little love and care. All in all, quite expensive for what you get, but with a view to the location probably okay if you use it with several people and have no high demands.

    1. Guests will be vetted and checked before receiving access instructions. 2. Please make sure you follow the departure instructions and leave the keys back in the lockbox. If keys are not left in the requested spot, a $150 fee will be charged. 3. A starter pack of amenities and toilet paper (once these are used up, the guest will need to purchase more), and the exit clean. Should you require a mid-stay clean or additional linen, there will be an additional charge. Please message us through Airbnb for a quote. 4. Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm - 8:00am. We have a strict no event/party policy to ensure we have an ongoing positive relationship with our neighbours. 5. Please confirm the accurate number of guests on your booking. If you intend to have extra guests stay or come to the property at any point during your stay, please send a message via Airbnb for our team to approve. 6. Maintenance Issues: We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm - Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only. 7. Barbecue Cleaning (If Applicable): As per the terms and conditions, please ensure you clean the BBQ after use. A $70 charge will be deducted from your bond if the BBQ is found to be dirty. Thank you for understanding. 8. Late Check-outs: Please note that L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to impose a late departure fee of $80 per hour for any guest who fails to vacate the premises by 10:00 AM without prior approval. Public Holidays Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am Monday-Friday) We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours. We can't compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above-mentioned hours.
